Shipping

1. Standard Shipping (Within UAE):

  • Shipping Cost Policy:
    • Small Products: A flat delivery fee of 10 AED per package, regardless of the quantity of small products in the order.
    • Large Products: A delivery fee of 10 AED per item for each large product in the order.

    For example:

    • If the order contains 5 small products, the delivery fee will be 10 AED only.
    • If the order contains 3 large products, the delivery fee will be 30 AED (10 AED per item).
  • Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days.
  • Availability: Applicable for all orders within the UAE.

2. International Shipping:

  • Cost: Varies based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days.
  • Details: Exact shipping costs will be calculated and communicated after placing the order or during the checkout.
  • Additional Information: For lightweight products, shipping costs typically range between 40 to 110 AED.
Shipping Policy Highlights:
  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
  • Buyers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of their shipment.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging included.
  • Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted if the product is:
    • Defective.
    • Not as described.
    • Incorrect or counterfeit.
  • 2. Steps to Return Your Order

    2. Access Your Orders:
      • Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section.
    3. Select the Order:
      • Locate the order you wish to return and click on it.
    4. Request a Return:
      • Choose the ‘Request Return’ button and provide the required details:
        • Reason for return.
        • Upload clear images of the product showing its condition.
3. Return Approval and Process
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team:
    • You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
    • A courier will be arranged for the pickup of the product.

4. Important Notes
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for returns, such as perishable goods, hygiene-related products, or custom orders.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated after the product is received and inspected. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 7–14 business days.

  • 1. Value-Added Tax (VAT):
    • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 5% VAT applies to most purchases.
    • Other Gulf Countries:
      • Saudi Arabia (KSA): 15%
      • Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain: 5%

    2. Import and Customs Duties:

    • In some cases, these fees are paid by the customer upon delivery (“Paid at Door”).
