✅ What is covered

• Every product sold on totot.ae is covered by a 1-year warranty from Totot, starting on the delivery date.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use — e.g. a speaker that stops charging, buttons that fail, dead pixels, premature battery failure.
• Your invoice / order number is your warranty certificate — no registration needed.

❌ What is NOT covered

• Deliberate or accidental physical damage — drops, cracks, bent frames, crushed parts.
• Liquid damage on products not rated for it, or electrical damage from unapproved chargers / voltage.
• Unauthorized repair, opening or modification.
• Normal cosmetic wear and consumables (ear-tips, cable outer wear).
• Software issues, accounts, or data loss.

🔍 Fair inspection — by specialists

Every claim is examined by our dedicated technical inspection team, who determine fairly whether the fault is a covered defect or excluded damage. If a claim is declined, we tell you exactly why — with photos.

🛠️ How to claim — 3 steps

1. Contact us: WhatsApp +971 56 633 7279 or support@totot.ae with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
2. Free collection: we arrange Aramex pickup at no cost.
3. Resolution within 7 business days of inspection: repair, identical replacement, or — if neither is possible — a refund (full refund within the first 30 days; fair-value refund or store credit afterwards).

⚖️ Your legal rights

This warranty is offered in addition to — never in place of — your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law).
