The agreement between you and totot.ae.

🌐 Who we are and what these terms cover

totot.ae is an online electronics and lifestyle store operated by Better Tech Mobile Phone & Computers – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Use, which are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

🇦🇪 Where we operate

• Service area: we sell and deliver within the UAE only — we do not ship internationally.
• Prices: all prices are shown in AED and include 5% UAE VAT (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017). A tax invoice is issued with every order.
• Jurisdiction: any dispute is subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

🛒 Orders and payment

• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and resident in the UAE to place an order.
• Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe), Tabby and Tamara interest-free installments, and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept PayPal or direct bank transfers.
• Order acceptance: your order is confirmed once we send the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable or is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always contact you first.
• Shipping: a flat 10 AED per order, free on orders of 300 AED or more. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

↩️ Returns, refunds and warranty

• Our fault — the store bears all costs: FREE pickup + 100% refund (including the original delivery fee), or a replacement: a manufacturing defect or fault (confirmed after our inspection), the wrong item was delivered, it is not as described, it is counterfeit, it arrived damaged (reported within 48 hours of delivery), or your order never arrived.
• Change of mind — within 14 days of delivery (no defect, no damage — including refusing the delivery, or returning the parcel unopened): the item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories; the customer bears the return shipping cost (drop-off or paid pickup). We also deduct the original delivery cost — even if your order shipped free — and, for card, Tabby or Tamara payments, the payment-gateway fee; for cash on delivery, only the delivery cost. The rest is refunded after the item is received and checked. See the Return & Refund Policy.
• Cancellation: before the order is shipped (within 2 hours from My Account, or after that by contacting us) — everything you paid is refunded, including the delivery fee, minus the payment-gateway fee for card, Tabby or Tamara payments; cash-on-delivery orders are cancelled at no cost. After shipping — treated as a return under the rules above.
• Refund timing: processed within 2 business days of approval — cards post within 5–14 days depending on your bank, COD by bank transfer within 3–5 business days, Tabby and Tamara per each provider’s policy.
• 1-Year Totot Warranty covers manufacturing defects on every product. See the Warranty Policy.

👤 Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential. Our team will never ask you for your password.
• Please keep your address and phone number up to date — deliveries that fail because of incorrect details may incur a re-delivery cost.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of our returns or rewards programs, or any unlawful activity.

©️ Content and intellectual property

The totot.ae name, logo, site design, written content and photography are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Product names, brand names and manufacturer images belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we sell.

⚖️ Liability

We take care to describe every product accurately. Where something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the product concerned, as set out in these terms and in the policies linked above. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under UAE law.

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
