Referral & Rewards Policy

1. How it works

Every totot.ae customer gets a personal referral link and a personal referral coupon, found in My Account → My Coupons & Rewards.

• Share your link or coupon: when a friend places their first completed order through your link (or using your coupon), you both receive a 10 AED reward coupon.
• Share product links: add your referral tag (?ref=YOURCODE) to any product link. Every completed order that starts from your product link earns you a commission (currently 2% of the order value) as a reward coupon.

2. Reward coupons

• Issued automatically after the referred order is completed (delivered and not cancelled or returned).
• Each reward coupon is single-use, tied to your account email, valid for 90 days, and requires a minimum order of 50 AED.
• Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other coupons in the same order.

3. Fair use

• Self-referrals (ordering through your own link/coupon, or to the same account/email/household with intent to abuse) are not eligible.
• Rewards are reversed if the referred order is cancelled, refunded, or found fraudulent.
• Spamming your link (unsolicited bulk messages, misleading ads, bidding on the totot brand) may lead to removal from the program.
• totot.ae may adjust reward values, commission rates, or terminate the program at any time; earned coupons remain valid until their expiry date.
