Cancel an order

📱 How to cancel

1. Log in → My Account → My Orders.
2. Open the order → tap Cancel (shown only while the order can still be cancelled).
3. Confirm the reason — done. You get a confirmation email.
4. No account, or the button is not showing? WhatsApp us with your order number.

💸 What do I get back?

Before shipping you get back everything you paid, including delivery, minus the payment-gateway fee for card, Tabby or Tamara payments. Cash-on-delivery orders are cancelled at no cost. Once the order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and becomes a return.
