Fast, flat and honest — delivered across the UAE by Aramex.

💰 Shipping Cost

• Flat rate: 10 AED per order — any size, any weight, any number of items.
• FREE shipping on all orders of 300 AED or more.
• No hidden fees. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

• Order cutoff: 10:00 PM GST (UAE time), 7 days a week.
• Processing: orders are processed within 24 hours and handed to Aramex the next business day.
• Delivery: up to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE (business days: Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays).
• You will receive an Aramex tracking link by email / WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also track it from Track Order.

🗺️ Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only (all seven emirates). We do not ship internationally at this time.

📦 Received a damaged parcel?

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or support@totot.ae with a photo — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
