The Govee Floor Lamp Pro (model H6079) is a 1.7m corner floor lamp that combines two things most rooms need separately: proper room light and a speaker. Its light pole carries 324 LEDs in 54 spot-free segments that can show several colours at once, reaches 2100 lumens at 6500K, and switches to tunable white from warm 2200K to cool 6500K for reading or working. A built-in Bluetooth speaker plays music and 29 white noise scenes, so the Govee Floor Lamp Pro can be a reading light, a party light and a sleep sound machine in one corner.

RGBICWW: Colour Segments Plus Real White Light
RGBIC means the lamp can light different segments in different colours at the same time, which is how gradients and moving effects are made. The WW that Govee adds on the Govee Floor Lamp Pro stands for dedicated warm and cool white, so white light comes from white LEDs rather than a mix of red, green and blue. That gives cleaner whites for everyday use, adjustable from 2200K (candle-warm) to 6500K (daylight).
Govee lists 2100lm for the Govee Floor Lamp Pro, measured at 6500K. That is bright enough to light a living-room corner or a bedroom as the main lamp, not only as mood lighting. Govee does not publish the output at warmer white settings or in colour modes. Through the Govee Home app you can control up to 4 zones separately, including the upper and lower sections, and the light pole rotates through 300 degrees so you can aim it at a wall or into the room.
Built-In Bluetooth Speaker and 29 White Noise Scenes
The speaker in the Govee Floor Lamp Pro pairs with a phone over Bluetooth and plays music while the lights follow the beat. Govee does not publish the speaker’s wattage or frequency range, so think of it as a room speaker for background music, not a replacement for a soundbar.
For sleep, the lamp includes 29 white noise scenes, played through the same speaker with soft, dimmed light and a timer. One limit Govee states clearly: you cannot pair two or more Floor Lamp Pros to the same phone to play audio on both at once.
Scenes and Music Sync
Govee includes 81+ preset scene modes plus music modes that react to sound. For music sync on the Govee Floor Lamp Pro, Govee advises keeping your phone close to the lamp.
The Govee Floor Lamp Pro connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and it can be controlled from the app, by remote control (a control method Govee lists), or by voice with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It does not work on 5GHz-only Wi-Fi, so make sure your router offers a 2.4GHz band.
Size, Power and Setup
The Govee Floor Lamp Pro stands 66.9 inches (about 170cm) tall on a 5.39 x 5.39 inch (about 13.7 x 13.7cm) base, so it fits into a corner beside a sofa or TV unit. Govee rates it at 60W and 12 V; it runs from an external power adapter.
Govee sells the H6079 in several regions with the local plug, including an EU two-pin version, but it does not publish the adapter’s AC input range on its product pages. Check the rating printed on the adapter before using the lamp outside the UAE. Govee’s product page does not list Matter support for this model, so plan to control it through the Govee Home app, Alexa or Google Assistant.
Who This Is Not For
Anyone who wants serious sound: speaker output is not published, so do not expect it to replace a dedicated party speaker or soundbar.
Multi-room audio setups: Govee states that two Floor Lamp Pros cannot play audio from the same phone at the same time.
Buyers who need confirmed Matter or Apple Home support: Govee’s product page lists only Alexa and Google Assistant.
Homes with 5GHz-only Wi-Fi: the lamp needs a 2.4GHz network.
Tight spaces: at about 170cm, it needs a clear corner; it is not a desk lamp.
