RGBIC means the lamp’s LEDs are split into segments that can each show a different colour at the same time, so the pole can fade from blue at the top to pink at the bottom instead of glowing a single shade. The added WW stands for dedicated white LEDs. That matters more than it sounds: many colour lamps mix white from red, green and blue, which looks slightly tinted. The Govee Floor Lamp 2 uses its own white channels, tunable from 2200K candle-warm to 6500K daylight.
In practice you get two lamps in one: a proper white reading or ambient light on normal evenings, and a colour light for gaming, movies or guests.
