Turn on the always-on display under the same conditions and Xiaomi gives up to 6 days. If you want the gold frame always lit, plan on charging about once a week. The magnetic charger fills the battery in about one hour.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Gold tracks heart rate all day with alerts, measures blood oxygen continuously if you enable it, reports sleep each morning and tracks stress, plus period logging and cycle predictions for women. It lists 150+ fitness modes and a Pebble mode for runners, which needs the separately sold Running Clip. It is rated 5ATM for swimming and shallow water, not for hot showers, saunas or diving.
