The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 is Xiaomi’s entry-level 2-in-1 robot: it vacuums and mops in the same run, pulls with up to 4000Pa of suction, and stands no more than 80 mm tall, so it reaches under beds and sofas that upright vacuums skip. It finds its way with a gyroscope and a ring of wall, cliff and anti-collision sensors rather than a laser, cleans in tidy zigzag rows, and is controlled from the Xiaomi Home app on your phone.

Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 suction: 4000Pa across four levels
Xiaomi rates the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 at up to 4000Pa of suction. The figure is measured at the top suction level, with a vacuum gauge in the dust container and air duct, so it is the peak you get on the strongest setting rather than what the robot pulls on every pass. There are four suction levels in total, selected in the app.
In daily use the lower levels suit quick passes over tiles and marble, where the work is sand, hair and crumbs. The top level is for a weekly deeper clean or for short-pile rugs. Higher suction drains the battery faster, so the 110-minute runtime quoted below belongs to the standard mode, not the maximum.
Mopping with the 2-in-1 container
The E10 carries one drawer-style container split into a dust compartment and a water tank, so a single run vacuums and mops. Clip the mop frame with its pad under the robot, then pick one of three water flow levels in the app: less water for laminate and parquet, more for porcelain tiles and stone.
This is drag mopping, a damp pad pulled behind the brushes. It keeps daily dust and footprints down, but it does not scrub dried stains the way rotating or vibrating mops do, and the pad does not lift itself over carpets. Xiaomi does not publish the capacity of the dust compartment or of the water tank.
How the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 finds its way
Instead of a laser distance sensor, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 tracks its position with a gyroscope and two wheel-speed feedback sensors and cleans in a zigzag path. Xiaomi lists three wall sensors, three cliff sensors that stop it at stair edges, two anti-collision sensors, three recharge-receiving sensors for locating the dock, and detectors for the container, the mop pad and the wheels.
Gyroscope navigation covers open rooms in neat rows. Xiaomi does not list room mapping, room-by-room cleaning or no-go zones for the E10, which is normal for robots without a laser. Clear charging cables, socks and toy pieces off the floor before a run and it will do a more complete job.
80 mm tall, with up to 110 minutes per charge
At no more than 80 mm high and 325 mm across, the robot slides under many low beds, sofas and TV units, exactly where dust and hair collect. Measure your own furniture first: any gap lower than 80 mm will stop it.
The battery is 2600mAh nominal (2500mAh rated), and Xiaomi quotes up to 110 minutes in standard vacuum-and-mop mode. That covers a typical UAE apartment in one cycle. In a villa with several floors you carry the robot between levels, since there is one dock.
Xiaomi Home app and daily routine
Scheduling, starting and stopping, choosing suction and water levels, and watching the run in real time all happen in the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app, which needs the robot on your home Wi-Fi. The robot also gives spoken status notifications. Xiaomi’s E10 pages do not list Alexa or Google Assistant support, so plan on the app.
A sensible routine is a scheduled vacuum-only run on weekday mornings at a low suction level, and a vacuum-and-mop run with medium water flow once or twice a week. Rinse the pad after each mopping run and let it dry, and pull hair off the main brush every week or so.
Who This Is Not For
Skip the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 if you want a hands-off robot. The dock only charges; there is no self-emptying station, so you empty the dust compartment and refill the water tank yourself. It has no laser mapping, so you cannot send it to one room or fence off an area in the app.
It is also a poor match for homes with deep-pile carpets, because the mop pad does not lift, and for households with heavy pet shedding who want the robot to run daily without attention, since the container fills and the brush needs regular detangling. Dried stains still need a mop by hand.

FAQ
Does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 vacuum and mop at the same time?
Yes. The 2-in-1 container holds dust and water together, so with the mop frame fitted it vacuums and mops in the same run.
Does it have laser (LDS) navigation?
No. It uses a gyroscope with wall, cliff and anti-collision sensors and cleans in a zigzag path.
How long does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 run on one charge?
110 minutes is Xiaomi’s figure for standard vacuum-and-mop mode on the 2600mAh battery; the highest suction levels shorten it.
Will it fit under my bed or sofa?
Yes, if the gap is more than 80 mm. The robot is no taller than 80 mm.
Does it empty its own dust bin?
No. The dock only charges the robot; you empty the dust compartment by hand.
What warranty does it have?
