Eligibility

Window: 14 days from delivery date.
Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and free gifts.
Accepted Reasons: Defective, not as described, wrong item, counterfeit.

Non-Returnable Items
Hygiene products (earrings, masks, underwear), perishables, custom orders, or digital goods.

Click “Request Return” → Select reason → Upload 1 clear photo (required for defective/wrong items).

Refunds
