• Window: 14 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags/accessories.
• Accepted Reasons: Defective, not as described, wrong item, counterfeit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene products (earrings, masks, underwear), perishables, custom orders.

📦 Return Process

2. Click “Request Return” → Upload photo (if defective).
3. Defective/wrong items: FREE pickup arranged.
