Return within 14 days for defective, wrong, or counterfeit items – or change your mind with minimal fees.

 Eligibility

• Window: 14 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and free gifts.
• Accepted Reasons: Defective, not as described, wrong item, counterfeit.

 Non-Returnable Items
Hygiene products (earrings, masks, underwear), perishables, custom orders, or digital goods.

 Return Process

1. Log in → My Account → My Orders → Select order.
2. Click “Request Return” → Select reason → Upload 1 clear photo (required for defective/wrong items).
3. Defective/Wrong Items: We cover ALL return shipping costs (free pickup or drop-off).
4. Change of Mind / Used Items: Customer bears ALL return shipping costs and payment gateway fees. Drop off at any Aramex location or arrange pickup.
   (Note: Rejected returns due to use or missing parts will be shipped back to you at your expense).

 Refunds

• Processing: Begins after quality inspection approval AND once funds are received from the payment processor.
• Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): ~7 business days for Stripe processing + 3–5 business days to your card after funds reach us. (Payment gateway fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): 3–5 business days via bank transfer (provide IBAN to support@totot.ae) after funds are available in our account.
