The Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange is the full-size Sensa PLAY speaker lamp from Danish brand Kooduu, finished in a bright orange powder coat with SOUND BY JBL audio inside. It stands 19 cm tall under a 21 cm mushroom-shaped shade, sends 360° sound from a 10 W full-range speaker and gives 150 lumens of warm 2900 K light that you can dim smoothly from 0 to 100%. It is the bigger, steel-bodied sibling of the Sensa PLAY Mini, and Totot ships it from UAE stock.

Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange: the full-size model, not the Mini
Kooduu sells two lamps with almost the same name, so it is worth being precise. The Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange is the full-size Sensa PLAY: 19 cm high, 21 cm across, 1.4 kg, with a powder-coated steel body and a 10 W speaker. The Sensa PLAY Mini is a separate product at 16 cm high, 14 cm wide and 500 g, with an ABS plastic body and an 8 W speaker.
The larger model also charges differently. It sits on a USB-C charging dock that Kooduu includes, so you put it down and it charges, while the Mini uses a USB-C cable. The battery is bigger too: 2600 mAh here against 2200 mAh in the Mini.
Why orange, and who it suits
Orange is the loud one in the Sensa PLAY range, next to the quieter Anthracite and Cloudy White. Switched off, the Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange reads as a coloured object on a shelf or a sideboard; switched on, the 2900 K glow through the PMMA diffuser makes the orange look even warmer.
The Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange suits rooms built from neutrals, beige, grey, white walls and light wood, where one strong colour gives the eye somewhere to land. It also fits mid-century and retro interiors, children’s and teenagers’ rooms, and anyone who simply likes a cheerful object. If you want the lamp to disappear into the room, choose Anthracite or Cloudy White instead.
Terrace and majlis evenings with the orange lamp
From October to April many UAE homes move evenings outside. A battery lamp that also plays music is exactly what a terrace, balcony or garden majlis lacks: no extension cable, no separate speaker, one object in the middle of the table.
Kooduu rates the Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange at up to 11 hours of play, and about 8.5 hours at moderate volume and light, which covers a long dinner with time to spare. The 360° speaker on the Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange means guests on every side of the table hear the same music, and the stepless dimmer lets you set the light low enough for conversation. When the evening ends, carry it back inside and drop it on its dock.
Because the Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange is bright and playful, it also makes an easy gift for a new home or a housewarming, where a black speaker would feel ordinary.
The rest, in brief
Sound: 10 W full-range, 360°, SOUND BY JBL, Bluetooth 5.3. Stereo: pair it in TWS mode with one other Sensa PLAY, Sensa PLAY Mini or Serena PLAY. Light: 150 lumens at 2900 K, stepless 0 to 100%. Power: 2600 mAh battery, 4.0 hours to charge on the included USB-C dock.
Who this is not for
The Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange is not a party speaker. 10 W is right for a table, a room or a balcony, not for a garden full of people. Kooduu publishes no IP rating, so keep it away from sprinklers, pools and rain, and bring it in when the evening is done.
It is not a reading lamp: 150 lumens of warm light is mood lighting. Kooduu does not mention an app, so there are no app-based light or sound settings. A wall adapter is not listed in the box, only the USB-C dock. And it will not pair with Synergy or Lite-up PLAY lamps.

FAQ
Is the Kooduu Sensa PLAY Orange the same as the Sensa PLAY Mini in orange?
No. This is the full-size Sensa PLAY: 19 cm high, 21 cm in diameter, 1.4 kg, steel body, 10 W speaker and a charging dock. The Mini is 16 cm high, 500 g, plastic, 8 W and charges by cable.
Does the orange look the same with the light on and off?
No. Off, you see the powder-coated orange shell; on, the 2900 K warm light through the diffuser makes the whole lamp look warmer and softer.
Is orange a good choice for a gift?
Yes. It is the most expressive of the three Sensa PLAY colours, and the lamp needs no setup beyond Bluetooth pairing, which makes it an easy present for a new home.
Can I use it on a terrace in the UAE?
Yes, for evenings on a terrace or balcony, as Kooduu presents it for indoor and outdoor use. Kooduu publishes no IP rating, so do not leave it out in rain, sprinklers or by a pool.
How long does the battery last?
11 hours at most, according to Kooduu, and about 8.5 hours at moderate volume and light level. A full charge on the USB-C dock takes 4.0 hours.
Can I pair two lamps for stereo?
Yes. It pairs in TWS mode with one other Sensa PLAY, Sensa PLAY Mini or Serena PLAY, so an orange and a white lamp can play left and right together.
