HUAWEI Band 10: Design and Versions
HUAWEI sells the HUAWEI Band 10 in two builds. The aluminium alloy version comes in Matte Black, White, Green, Blue and Purple and weighs about 15 g without the strap; a durable polymer version comes in Black and Pink at about 14 g. This page is the black band with the metallic aluminium frame shown in the photos.
Every version measures 43.45 × 24.86 × 8.99 mm and uses a fluoroelastomer strap. For the black version HUAWEI lists a strap fit of 130–210 mm wrist circumference.
1.47-Inch AMOLED Screen
The display is a 1.47-inch AMOLED at 194 × 368 pixels and 282 PPI, with touch and swipe control and an ambient light sensor. Always-on display is available, but HUAWEI rates battery life with it on at up to 3 days. HUAWEI does not publish a brightness figure in nits for the HUAWEI Band 10.
Health: Sleep, Heart Rate, SpO2 and Mood
HUAWEI TruSleep gives what HUAWEI calls pro-level sleep analysis, including average sleep HRV and sleep insights. The band also measures heart rate continuously, SpO2 and stress, and HUAWEI lists pulse wave arrhythmia analysis for possible A-fib risk and an emotional wellbeing assistant with mood tracking. Feature availability can vary by region and phone, and these are wellness readings, not a medical diagnosis.
100 Workout Modes and Swimming
There are 100 workout modes, and HUAWEI claims 95% accuracy for swimming data with AI stroke recognition. Daily Move, Exercise and Stand goals sit on the band. The HUAWEI Band 10 is rated 5 ATM under ISO 22810:2010, which covers pool and shallow-water swimming, not diving or high-speed water sports.
The sensors are a 9-axis IMU, an optical heart-rate sensor and an ambient light sensor, connected to your phone over Bluetooth 5.0 and BLE.
Battery and Charging
HUAWEI quotes up to 14 days with heart rate always on, TruSleep off, 30 minutes of workouts a week and 200 screen activations a day; up to 8 days with full monitoring, 60 minutes of workouts and 500 activations a day; and up to 3 days with always-on display. A full charge takes 45 minutes, and 5 minutes of charging gives about 2 days, on a 5V/1A magnetic charger.
Who This Is Not For
The HUAWEI Band 10 has no built-in GPS in HUAWEI’s specifications, so outdoor run maps rely on your phone, and HUAWEI does not list a speaker or microphone for taking calls on the band. NFC payments are not listed for this model.
