The iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB is the largest model in Apple’s iPhone 15 generation, here in Natural Titanium, a light metallic grey that shows the texture of the metal itself. The frame is titanium with a Ceramic Shield front and a textured matte glass back, and the phone weighs 221 g. It runs the A17 Pro chip, has a 6.7-inch ProMotion display at up to 120Hz, and a triple camera system whose standout is a 5x telephoto with a tetraprism design. 512GB suits anyone who shoots a lot of 4K video and does not want to lean on cloud storage all the time.

What 512GB adds
The 256GB, 512GB and 1TB versions share the same hardware, but storage matters more on this model than most because it records 4K video at up to 60 fps and Log video, files that fill memory fast. With the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB you keep room for a large photo library, apps and big games without constant deleting. Recording ProRes at 4K and 60 fps requires an external storage device, according to Apple, so internal space does not replace that. Usable capacity is lower than the headline figure because the system takes part of it.
Cameras and optical zoom
The main camera on the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB is 48MP with a 24 mm lens, f/1.78 aperture and second-generation sensor-shift stabilisation. The Ultra Wide is 12MP with a 120-degree field of view, and the 12MP telephoto has a 120 mm focal length and f/2.8 aperture in a tetraprism design with 3D sensor-shift stabilisation. Together they give a 10x optical zoom range (2x out, 5x in) and digital zoom up to 25x for photos and 15x for video. It also records spatial video at 1080p and Cinematic mode up to 4K HDR at 30 fps.
Display and the Natural Titanium finish
The 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display runs at 2796 × 1290 with ProMotion up to 120Hz, the Always-On display and Dynamic Island. Typical brightness is 1000 nits, HDR peak 1600 nits, and outdoor peak 2000 nits in bright sun. Natural Titanium is the closest of the four colours to raw metal. On the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB the matte back hides fingerprints better than glossy glass, and fine scratches on the light frame show less than on Black Titanium.
A17 Pro and the USB-C port
The A17 Pro chip has a 6-core CPU, a 6-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. The USB-C port on the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB supports USB 3 at up to 10Gb/s with a suitable USB 3 cable (the included cable is slower) and DisplayPort video output. Wireless covers 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 and a second-generation Ultra Wideband chip. The Action button replaces the mute switch and can be set to Silent mode, Camera, Flashlight, Translate, a Shortcut and more, and there is a LiDAR Scanner.
Battery, charging and SIM
Apple rates the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB at up to 29 hours of video playback, up to 25 hours of streamed video and up to 95 hours of audio playback. Fast charging reaches up to 50% in around 30 minutes with a 20W or higher adapter, sold separately. Wireless charging runs up to 15W with MagSafe and Qi2, and up to 7.5W with Qi. On SIM support, US models use eSIM only, while Apple shows a SIM tray on models purchased outside the US. If you need a physical SIM, message us before ordering and we will confirm the region of the unit.
Who This Is Not For
The iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB is not for anyone who wants Apple’s latest generation: it launched in 2023 and newer models with faster chips have followed. At 221 g with a 6.7-inch screen it does not suit people who want a small, light phone. There is no power adapter in the box, and the included cable does not reach USB 3 speeds.
