The Anker Nano 45W White is Anker’s Nano Charger with Smart Display (model A121D) in the Aurora White finish: a soft, slightly warm white that sits naturally next to a white iPhone cable, white AirPods and the light walls and sockets of most UAE homes and offices. It is a one-port USB-C charger rated at up to 45W, built on GaN, with a small colour screen on its face. The screen shows the wattage your device is drawing in real time, and with iPhone 15, 16 and 17 models (except iPhone 17e) or an iPad of the 10th generation or later it also shows the device model and its battery percentage. Anker sells it without a cable, so you use your own USB-C cable.

A screen that tells you what is really happening
Most chargers are a closed box. The Anker Nano 45W White puts the numbers on its face. Anker says the display has more than 20 interfaces covering power, temperature and charging mode, plus small animations while you charge. In practice it answers everyday questions quickly: is my cable fast enough, has the phone dropped to a trickle because it is nearly full, is the charger running warm. On iPhone 15 and later the display reads the phone over USB-C and shows its model and battery level, so you can glance at the charger instead of picking up the phone. Lightning iPhones and some Android phones may not be recognised by name, but Anker notes they still charge normally. The screen is not a touchscreen; you switch views as described in the user manual.

45W USB-C Power Delivery and where it stops
The single USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery up to 45W and PPS at up to 3A, with output steps of 5V⎓3A, 9V⎓3A, 15V⎓3A and 20V⎓2.25A. Anker describes a smart three-stage charge that adjusts the power as the battery fills. Anker also lists the limits of the Anker Nano 45W White. It does not support 5A PPS, so the Galaxy S23+, S23 Ultra, S24+ and S24 Ultra charge at up to 27W on it, not 45W, while the Galaxy S25 series is supported at full speed. When an iPhone is in StandBy Mode the output is reduced. Charging speed always depends on the device and the cable, and Anker presents its charging curves as illustrations only.

Care Mode, GaN and heat
Anker’s TÜV-certified Care Mode lowers the charging temperature once the fast phase is over, which suits overnight charging. Anker states that in Care Mode the charger stays up to 20°C (36°F) below international safety limits for charging temperature, and that in its lab test, a full 0–100% charge at 25°C, the phone’s battery ran up to 5°C (9°F) cooler than with other 45W chargers. The Anker Nano 45W White uses GaN and ActiveShield 5.0, and Anker mentions more than 10 million temperature checks a day with thermal pads and grease inside. Anker also says it is normal for a 45W charger to feel warm while it works, so warmth on its own is not a fault.

Small body, folding prongs
Anker lists the Anker Nano 45W White at 34 × 35.5 × 40 mm and 75 g, and says it is 47% smaller and 36% lighter than a standard 30W charger. The prongs fold and rotate to two positions. At 90° it works like an ordinary cube charger; at 180° it lies against the wall so it fits behind a sofa or a bed with the screen facing you; fully folded, the prongs tuck into the body for travel. The input is rated at 100–240V, 50/60Hz, 1.5A. Note that the prongs are the two-pin type shown on Anker’s page, so a UAE three-pin socket needs a plug adapter.

Who the Aurora White finish suits
The Anker Nano 45W White is the natural choice if your desk is already white: a white iPhone cable, an iMac or a white MacBook charger, white AirPods. On a light wall socket it almost disappears, with only the small screen showing. The Anker Nano 45W White also suits shared spaces such as a reception desk or a family living room, where a black cube looks heavy. The trade-off is that a white charger shows dust and fingerprints sooner than the Black Stone version. A wipe with a dry cloth keeps it clean; never use liquids on the screen or the prongs, and unplug it first.

Who This Is Not For
The Anker Nano 45W White is not for anyone who needs to charge two devices at once: it has a single USB-C port and no USB-A port. There is no cable in the box. Recent Samsung Ultra and Plus models from the S23 and S24 series are capped at 27W, and Lightning iPhones get no model or battery read-out on the screen. Anker does not list laptops among its supported devices, and its two-pin prongs need an adapter for a UAE three-pin socket.

Does the Anker Nano 45W White come with a cable?
No. Anker sells it as the charger alone, so you use your own USB-C cable.
Will the screen show my iPhone battery level?
Yes, on iPhone 15, 16 and 17 models except iPhone 17e, and on iPad 10th generation or later. Lightning iPhones may not be displayed.
Does it charge a Galaxy S24 Ultra at 45W?
