The Ace Attorney Investigations Collection PS4 disc brings together two deductive adventure games starring prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, released by Capcom on 6 September 2024. It contains Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit. Instead of courtroom battles, you walk crime scenes with Edgeworth, gather evidence, question people of interest and solve cases through logic and deduction. Both games are remastered in full HD with new chibi character sprites, and the classic pixel art style is still available.

Two Case Files for Miles Edgeworth
Capcom describes these as Edgeworth’s solo outings, away from his rival Phoenix Wright and the courtroom. In the first game, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, a gunshot in the dead of night turns his own office into a crime scene, and he must find the truth himself. He is joined by Kay Faraday, a girl who calls herself a Great Thief whose target is the truth, and by Detective Dick Gumshoe, who handles first investigations and trusts Edgeworth more than most detectives trust a prosecutor. In Prosecutor’s Gambit, Edgeworth loses his right to investigate crimes and must decide whether to chase the truth as a prosecutor or as a defence attorney. New faces include rookie prosecutor Eustace Winner, Judge Verity Gavèlle and Edgeworth’s father, Gregory Edgeworth.
Investigate, Use Logic, Confront
Capcom’s official guide splits each case into three parts. In Investigation, you comb the crime scene, examine anything suspicious, talk with witnesses and present evidence where something contradicts the facts. In Logic, you connect pieces of information as leads; linking a location and a clue can reveal a new idea, such as what the killer was after. In Confrontation, you listen for lies and contradictions, press people on their statements and present evidence to break their arguments down. The first game adds Little Thief, Kay’s device that rebuilds the crime scene as it was at the time of the crime, based on what you input. Prosecutor’s Gambit adds Mind Chess, a real-time mental duel against stubborn witnesses where you move fast against a clock and read your opponent’s words and expressions.
Story Mode, Autoplay and Gallery
This is a single-player game for 1 player, with no online features needed to finish either story. Capcom adds quality-of-life options: Chapter Select for replaying favourite sections, Autoplay that advances dialogue automatically, and Story Mode, which solves the harder puzzles for you and can be switched on or off at any time. A Gallery holds in-game illustrations, character animations, design sketches, background music and orchestral arrangements. The PlayStation listing names voices and text in English, French, German, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, and notes Remote Play support. Arabic is not among them.
PAL R2 Disc, PS4 and PS5
This is a new, sealed PAL Region 2 physical disc for the Europe and Middle East market. PS4 games are not region-locked, so it plays on any PS4, PS4 Slim or PS4 Pro. Sony’s page states the PS4 version is playable on PS5, although some PS4 features may be absent; a PS5 with a disc drive is needed. Delivered across the UAE in up to 3 business days, free on orders from AED 300.
Who This Is Not For
If you want action, this is a slow, text-heavy detective adventure where most of your time is spent reading dialogue and studying evidence. There is no multiplayer of any kind. Arabic is not on the official language list, so you need confident English or another listed language. The art comes from handheld originals, and PEGI 12 reflects murder cases, horror moments and language.
