The HUAWEI WATCH D3 Gold combines a gold aluminium case with a white composite leather strap, the brightest of the three D3 versions. It is HUAWEI’s third-generation blood pressure watch, launched globally on 2 September 2026, and it measures blood pressure with a real airbag cuff built into the strap. Around that health feature it is a full smartwatch, with a 1.92-inch AMOLED display, Bluetooth calling, NFC and up to six days of battery life.

Notifications, workouts and sleep appear in the HUAWEI Health app on Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later.

Battery life and wireless charging

HUAWEI rates the HUAWEI WATCH D3 Gold at up to six days of typical use, which means charging about once a week if you take a few blood pressure readings a day. Switching on 24-hour ambulatory monitoring drops that to about a day, so most people use ABPM on the days their doctor asks for it. The wireless SuperCharger in the box fills the battery in about 75 minutes.

Who This Is Not For

A white strap shows marks faster than black, so if you want one watch for the gym and the office, the Black version is more forgiving. HUAWEI says to remove the D3 before swimming or long immersion. Wrists below 130 mm or above 210 mm are outside the cuff range. Blood pressure readings are for monitoring and should be discussed with a doctor. And because HUAWEI has not launched the D3 in the UAE yet, this is not a TDRA local-agent version.
