The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow is the brightest finish of Huawei’s top GT 7 model: a 45.6 mm titanium alloy case with a raised nano-tech ceramic bezel and a synthetic sapphire crystal, worn on a yellow EasyCross fluoroelastomer strap. Inside are an ECG sensor, a depth sensor for free diving to 40 m, dual-band GPS and a 1.47-inch AMOLED rated at 3000 nits peak. Huawei rates the battery at up to 21 days in light use and up to 12 days in typical use.

Who the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow suits
Yellow is the statement colour of the range. Against the grey titanium case it reads as sporty and outdoorsy, and it is easy to spot on the wrist during a run, a hike or a session at the beach. It suits people who already wear bright trainers or sports kit, and anyone who wants the watch to look like a training tool rather than a dress piece. Fluoroelastomer is easy to rinse after sweat or sea water, but a light strap shows dust and sunscreen sooner than the Black version, so a quick wipe after outdoor use keeps it bright. If you want one watch for the office and the gym, Black or Green is the quieter option.

Titanium, ceramic and sapphire
Huawei pairs a titanium alloy case with a raised nano-tech ceramic bezel and a watch crystal of synthetic sapphire glass. Those materials are the main reason the Pro exists beside the standard GT 7. The case measures 45.6 x 45.6 x 11.25 mm and weighs about 55.5 g without the strap, and the yellow strap fits wrists from 140 to 210 mm. The rotating crown works as the home button, with a side button below it. This is a large watch: on a slim wrist the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow looks substantial, so measure your wrist before ordering.

Display, sensors and health
The 1.47-inch AMOLED shows 466 x 466 pixels at 317 PPI. Huawei quotes 3000 nits peak, measured in its lab at 30% average picture level, so full-screen sustained brightness is lower, but it is readable in strong sun. Sensors include ECG, depth, optical heart rate, accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, barometer, temperature and ambient light. To take an ECG you hold the side electrode for 30 seconds. Huawei states the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow is not a medical device and that results should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Some features, such as AI workout analysis and ski resort maps, arrive via OTA update and only in select markets.

Water, diving and positioning
Huawei rates the watch at 5 ATM under ISO 22810:2010, IP69 under IEC 60529:2013, and for diving to 40 m under EN 13319, for free diving only; scuba and technical diving are excluded. Huawei also warns against hot showers, saunas and soapy or chemical exposure. Positioning covers GPS on L1 and L5, GLONASS, BeiDou on three bands, Galileo, QZSS and NavIC, which helps route accuracy between tall buildings. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow has 110+ workout modes, golf course maps limited to select countries and regions, and a speaker and microphone for Bluetooth calls. NFC is supported.
HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow battery and charging
Huawei publishes four battery figures, each with its own test profile: up to 21 days in light use, up to 12 days in typical use, up to 7 days with the always-on display, and up to 51 hours in trail running mode. Light use assumes auto-detect workouts off and 90 minutes of exercise a week; typical use doubles exercise and turns on emotion and stress records. Huawei does not publish the battery capacity in mAh. Charging is wireless on the supplied cradle; Huawei quotes about 95 minutes for a full charge with its 10 V/2 A adapter, which is not in the box.
Who This Is Not For
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro Yellow is not for slim wrists or anyone who wants a discreet watch: it is 45.6 mm across and 55.5 g before the strap. It is not a medical device, so do not buy it for diagnosis. It is not rated for scuba or technical diving, hot showers or saunas. Expect about a week, not 21 days, with the always-on display. Some maps and AI features depend on your region, and feature availability on iPhone may be narrower than on Android, as Huawei notes.
