The JONR ED12 Pro Max is the top model in JONR’s ED12 family of cordless wet and dry vacuum mops. It vacuums and washes hard floors in one pass, then washes its own roller with 70°C water and dries it with hot air at the charging station. JONR rates it at 17,000Pa of suction, above the 15,000Pa ED12 Pro, and the body lies fully flat to reach under beds and sofas. Every figure on this page comes from JONR’s product page and its printed manual, with the condition JONR attaches to it.

What the JONR ED12 Pro Max is
The JONR ED12 Pro Max is an upright, battery-powered floor washer for indoor hard floors: tile, marble, laminate and sealed wood. Clean water is fed onto a roller brush, the roller scrubs the floor, and the vacuum motor pulls the dirty water, crumbs and hair up into a separate dirty-water tank. Nothing dirty goes back onto the floor, because the clean and dirty tanks never mix.
JONR’s manual is explicit that the machine is for hard floors only, so it is not a carpet cleaner and not a workshop vacuum: there is no hose, no blower, no drum and no mains cable while you clean. JONR lists the unit at 4.7kg and 1140 x 270 x 230mm.
17,000Pa suction and the lie-flat caveat
JONR publishes 17,000Pa as the suction figure for the JONR ED12 Pro Max, without attaching a mode to it, so treat it as the maximum in Turbo. For comparison, JONR’s own figures for the rest of the range are 10,000Pa for the standard ED12 and 15,000Pa for the ED12 Pro. The motor is rated at 230W on a 22.2V battery pack.
There is one condition worth knowing. JONR’s product page says there is no suction loss when the machine is laid flat, but the printed manual says suction is reduced in flat mode and that the dirty-water tank then holds 400ml instead of 800ml. We quote both, because the manual is what governs how you use it: lie it flat for the space under the bed, then bring it upright again for the rest of the room.
Hot-water washing and two drying cycles
Roller hygiene is what separates the JONR ED12 Pro Max from the cheaper models in the range. Park it on the station, press self-clean, and it flushes the roller and the water channel with water heated to 70°C. Grease from a kitchen floor and the sticky residue from spilled juice come off the roller instead of setting into it.
Drying then runs in one of two cycles that JONR lists by name: a 5-minute fast cycle at 75°C when you want the machine ready again quickly, or a 20-minute quiet cycle at 65°C when it is drying at night. The manual quotes the same two lengths as about 5 minutes and about 20 minutes. A dry roller is the difference between a machine that smells of nothing and one that smells of the last mop in a humid UAE utility cupboard.
180° lie-flat body, 60° swivel and triple-edge cleaning
The handle folds back through 180° so the whole machine lies flat on the floor, which is how it cleans under a sofa, a bed frame or a TV unit without you moving the furniture. The head also swivels through 60° to steer around chair legs.
JONR describes the head as triple-edge: the roller reaches the front and both sides of the head, so the JONR ED12 Pro Max washes right up to the skirting board and into corners rather than leaving a dry strip. Two comb-tooth scrapers on the roller are JONR’s anti-tangle answer for long hair and pet fur.
Battery, charging and the three modes
The JONR ED12 Pro Max pack is six 4,000mAh cells, and the station charges it from empty in 3 to 5 hours through a 27V 1A supply. The charger is rated for 220 to 240V at 50 to 60Hz, which matches UAE mains. JONR does not publish a runtime in minutes on its product page or in the manual, so we do not quote one.
Three modes cover the work: Eco mops and vacuums together, Turbo mops and vacuums with stronger suction, and Dry vacuums only without wetting the floor. The LED panel shows battery percentage, the active mode, self-cleaning progress, the drying cycle, a low-battery light and a fault light. Voice prompts read out the same information in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian.
Tanks, filter and what comes in the box
The JONR ED12 Pro Max clean tank holds 750ml and the dirty tank 800ml when the machine is upright. Fill the clean tank with water only or with the cleaning solution JONR recommends; the manual rules out foaming cleaners, soapy water, perfume and corrosive liquids. A washable sponge filter sits between the dirty tank and the motor. It is a foam filter, not a HEPA filter, and it needs to dry fully before it goes back in.
JONR lists the box contents as the JONR ED12 Pro Max itself, the charging and self-cleaning station, a roller brush, a maintenance brush, the clean-water tank, the dirty-water tank and the manual. The manual says a bottle of cleaning solution is included depending on the sales market, so we cannot promise one in the box.
Who This Is Not For
If you have carpet or rugs in most rooms, this is not your machine: JONR limits it to hard floors, and the roller is designed to be wet. It is also not a substitute for a workshop or car vacuum, since there is no hose or crevice tool.
At 4.7kg it is heavier than a cordless stick vacuum, and JONR does not describe the JONR ED12 Pro Max as self-propelled, so you push its full weight. The voice prompts have no Arabic option, and JONR publishes no runtime figure, so anyone who needs a guaranteed number of minutes per charge should not buy on that basis. Lastly, the filter is sponge rather than HEPA.

FAQ
Does the JONR ED12 Pro Max work on carpet?
No. JONR’s manual limits it to hard floors such as tile, marble, laminate and sealed wood.
How long does the battery last?
JONR does not publish a runtime in minutes for this model, so we do not quote one. Charging from empty takes 3 to 5 hours.
Does it keep full suction when lying flat?
No, according to the manual: suction is reduced in flat mode and the dirty tank should hold no more than 400ml. JONR’s product page claims no suction loss, so we quote both.
How hot is the self-cleaning water?
70°C for the roller wash, then 75°C hot air for the 5-minute fast dry or 65°C for the 20-minute quiet dry.
Is the charger suitable for UAE mains?
Yes. The manual rates the charging station input at 220 to 240V, 50 to 60Hz.
Does it have a HEPA filter?
No. It uses a washable sponge filter that JONR pre-installs in the machine.
Can I use any floor cleaner in the tank?
No. JONR asks for its own recommended solution only, and bans foaming cleaners, soapy water, perfume and corrosive liquids.
