The Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED is an ambidextrous wireless gaming mouse from Logitech G, built around the HERO 25K sensor with up to 25,600 DPI and 1:1 tracking with zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration. It connects over LIGHTSPEED wireless with a 1000 Hz (1 ms) report rate, and Logitech rates the battery at up to 140 hours with LIGHTSYNC RGB on and up to 180 hours with it off. The version we carry is Black.

HERO 25K sensor and accuracy
The Logitech G903 uses the HERO 25K sensor, which covers 100 to 25,600 DPI. Logitech states maximum acceleration above 40 G and speed above 400 IPS, tested on a Logitech G240 mouse pad. What matters in a game is not the top DPI number but consistent tracking without artificial acceleration: moving your hand the same distance moves the cursor the same distance, however fast you move. That consistency is what builds aiming muscle memory, whether you play at low sensitivity with big arm sweeps or at high sensitivity with small wrist flicks.

Built for right and left hands
The shape of the Logitech G903 is symmetrical, and the box includes optional side buttons, two for the left side and two for the right, plus two button covers. You fit the buttons on the side your thumb reaches and cover the other side so you do not press it by accident. Depending on how many buttons you fit, you get 7 to 11 programmable buttons, set up in Logitech G HUB. A truly ambidextrous wireless gaming mouse with real side buttons is uncommon, which is why left-handed players often shortlist this one.

LIGHTSPEED, battery and POWERPLAY
The mouse connects to a LIGHTSPEED receiver over USB, and the report rate is 1000 Hz both wirelessly and over the cable. An extension adapter in the box lets you bring the receiver closer when the PC sits under the desk. Battery life is up to 140 hours with lighting on and up to 180 hours with it off. The included USB cable charges and carries data, so you can keep playing while it charges. The Logitech G903 also works with the POWERPLAY wireless charging system, sold separately; with it, the POWERCORE module takes the place of the optional weight on the underside.

Weight, lighting and software
A 10 g optional weight comes with the Logitech G903, for a steadier feel when you want one, or leave it out for quicker movement. Logitech does not publish the weight or dimensions of the mouse itself on its specifications page, so we do not quote figures for them. Lighting is LIGHTSYNC RGB, configured together with buttons and DPI steps in G HUB, and it can sync with other Logitech G gear. Switching the lighting off raises the rated battery from 140 to 180 hours, roughly a quarter more.

Who the Logitech G903 suits
The Logitech G903 suits left-handed players who want real side buttons, shooter and MOBA players who need extra programmable buttons, and anyone building a cable-free gaming desk. It also makes sense if you already own a POWERPLAY pad or plan to buy one, because the mouse then charges continuously while you play without plugging in a cable. The black finish keeps it low-key on a desk next to a dark keyboard and headset.

Who This Is Not For
The Logitech G903 is not for players chasing the lightest possible mouse for competitive shooters; there is a newer class of ultra-light mice with report rates above 1000 Hz. It has no Bluetooth, so it needs the receiver or the cable. Wireless charging requires a POWERPLAY pad bought separately. If you prefer a sculpted right-hand-only shape, a symmetrical mouse can feel less supportive over long sessions.
