Bose launched this model in September 2024 in three colours only: Black, White Smoke and Chilled Lilac. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink came later, as the range expanded, which is why it is the finish you see least often on a shelf.

QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink: A Colour That Was Not There at Launch
The original announcement listed three finishes. Petal Pink, along with Twilight Blue and Ice Blue, joined afterwards as Bose widened the palette. Nothing about the hardware changed — same drivers, same cancellation, same battery — but the later colours were produced in smaller volumes and reach fewer retailers.
The full lineup and specifications are listed on the official Bose QuietComfort Earbuds page, and the original three-colour launch is documented in the official Bose launch announcement.
QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink: ActiveSense, and the Coffee Grinder Problem
Transparency modes have an obvious flaw: they let everything in, including the things you did not want. Stand next to a blender, a coffee grinder or a passing motorbike while Aware Mode is running and you get the full blast.
ActiveSense watches for exactly those spikes and drops cancellation in over them, then lifts it again once the noise passes. You keep the awareness without the assault, which is what makes Aware Mode usable as a default setting rather than something you switch on briefly.
QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink: Moulded Colour, Not Painted
Bose specifies the finish as moulded colour with a matte surface. That is a manufacturing detail with a real consequence: the colour runs through the material rather than sitting on top of it, so a scratch does not expose a different shade underneath the way chipped paint does.
On a pale pink that matters more than on black, because any exposed substrate would be obvious.

QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink: Who Petal Pink Suits
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink is soft and muted rather than hot or fluorescent — closer to a blush than a statement. It reads as deliberate in an office and it is genuinely easy to locate when an earbud ends up under a car seat, which black is not.
The trade-off with any pale finish is that eartips meeting skin show marks sooner. The tips are removable silicone and wash clean, and spares in three sizes come in the box. If you would rather never think about it, Black is the same product with no upkeep.

FAQ – Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink
Is Petal Pink a limited edition?
Bose has not designated it as one. It is a later addition to the colour range rather than a limited run, though it is less widely stocked than the launch colours.
How pink is it?
Soft and muted, closer to blush than a bright pink. It is subtle enough for professional settings.
Will the colour scratch off?
The colour is moulded into the material rather than painted on, so a scratch does not reveal a different shade underneath.
What does ActiveSense do?
It automatically reduces sudden loud noises while Aware Mode is on, so transparency does not mean being blasted by a passing vehicle or an appliance.
Is the hardware the same as the other colours?
Yes, identical. Only the finish differs.
Does Totot deliver across the UAE?
Yes, QuietComfort Earbuds Petal Pink We ship nationwide via Aramex for a fixed AED 10, with cash on delivery, Tabby and Tamara available at checkout.
