Anker is clear about the condition: to reach the full 140W you need a cable that supports PD 3.1 and a device that accepts PD 3.1 input, such as the 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro. Laptops without PD 3.1 charge at the lower level they negotiate, and the Anker 737 Power Bank supplies that level.
The USB-A port adds 5V⎓3A, 9V⎓2A or 12V⎓1.5A, up to 18W, for older phones, earbuds and accessories with a USB-A cable. Total output across all three ports is 140W max, so the ports share that budget when several devices charge at once.
