The Green Lion WAVE 10 is a compact Bluetooth speaker and a power bank in one black body. Inside there is a 5000mAh battery that runs the speaker and can also top up your phone, and Green Lion builds two short charging cables straight into the speaker: one USB-C and one Lightning, each rated at 5V/2A. So you can leave the separate power bank and cable at home. The sound comes from a single 52 mm, 8W driver, there is an RGB lighting ring, Bluetooth 5.3, a radio function, USB and TF card playback, and a microphone for hands-free calls.

A speaker that also charges your phone
The main idea of the Green Lion WAVE 10 is to cut one item out of your bag. The 5000mAh battery powers the music, and when your phone runs low you pull out the built-in cable and plug it in. Green Lion lists both the USB-C cable and the Lightning cable at 5V/2A, which is about 10W: a steady, normal-speed top-up rather than fast charging. Keep in mind that the same battery feeds both jobs, so charging a phone shortens the remaining playtime. Green Lion does not publish how many full phone charges the battery gives, and it depends on the phone and on how much music you played first.
8W sound from a 52 mm driver
Green Lion specifies one 52 mm full-range driver at 4 ohms with 8W output and a frequency response of 30Hz to 20kHz. In practice that is a personal speaker: enough for a desk, a bedroom, a picnic mat or a small majlis, not for filling a large garden or a party. If you want more width, the Green Lion WAVE 10 supports TWS stereo pairing, so two units can play together as a left and right pair. The RGB lighting ring around the speaker adds colour at night and can be part of the setup on a balcony or in a tent.
Bluetooth 5.3, radio, USB and TF card
The Green Lion WAVE 10 connects over Bluetooth 5.3 with a rated range of 10 m, which is the realistic figure for a phone in the same room or nearby outdoors. Besides Bluetooth, Green Lion lists a radio function and two wired sources: a USB port and a TF (microSD) card slot, so you can play a music folder from a flash drive or card without a phone at all. There is no 3.5 mm AUX input listed on the official page, so older devices without Bluetooth cannot be connected by cable. The built-in microphone lets you answer calls through the speaker.
Battery life and charging time
Green Lion rates playtime at 4 to 5 hours and the recharge time at about 3 hours through the USB-C input at 5V/2A. Those are short numbers compared with large outdoor speakers, and they are the honest trade-off of putting a power bank and a speaker into a small body: the 5000mAh cell is shared. Playtime also drops with high volume, the RGB ring switched on and any phone charging in between. For an evening outdoors or a few hours on the beach the Green Lion WAVE 10 is fine; for a whole day away from power, plan a recharge.
Build and everyday use
The body is ABS plastic with a fabric covering over the speaker, according to Green Lion. The page does not list weight, dimensions or any water or dust rating, so treat the Green Lion WAVE 10 as an indoor and dry-weather speaker and keep it away from pool splashes and sand. The built-in cables mean there is nothing to forget, which suits a car glovebox, a camping bag or a desk at work. Green Lion only offers this model in black, which hides scuffs and fingerprints well.
Who This Is Not For
The Green Lion WAVE 10 is not for anyone who needs loud sound for a big gathering: it has one 8W driver. Battery life is short at 4 to 5 hours, and charging your phone eats into it. Green Lion publishes no water or dust rating, so it is not a pool or beach-splash speaker. There is no AUX input, and the built-in cables only charge at 5V/2A, not fast charging.
