The G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White is Logitech’s low-profile wireless gaming keyboard in its light colourway: a white top case, white double-shot PBT keycaps and per-key LIGHTSYNC RGB shining through the legends. Logitech measures it at just 22mm high, so it sits closer to a laptop keyboard than to a typical mechanical board, yet it keeps real mechanical switches. This unit carries GL Tactile switches, which register at 1.3mm and give a small bump at the actuation point.

What the white colourway looks like on a desk
The G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White pairs a light grey-white frame with white keycaps, so the RGB lighting reads as soft colour through the legends rather than a bright glow around dark keys. In a white or light wood setup, or next to a white PS5 or monitor, it blends in; with the lighting set to a single colour it looks almost like an office keyboard.
White keycaps show dust and fingerprints more than black ones, and that is the trade you make for the look. The upside is that the keycaps are double-shot PBT: the legends are moulded in a second plastic, not printed, so they will not rub off, and PBT resists the shiny wear that ABS keycaps pick up. A soft brush for the gaps and a slightly damp cloth for the tops keep the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White looking new.
GL Tactile switches at 22mm
Logitech’s GL switches are low-profile mechanical switches. On the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White they actuate at 1.3mm (±0.3mm) with 3.2mm of total travel, against roughly 2mm actuation on many full-height switches. The tactile version needs 45gf (±10gf) to press and gives a light bump you can feel, which helps if you type a lot between games. Logitech also sells a linear version at 43gf; the unit we stock is the tactile one.
The switches in the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White are lubricated at the factory, and Logitech uses a layered sound-dampening construction inside the case, so the keyboard sounds muted rather than hollow. The low height also means many people can use it without a wrist rest.
Three ways to connect
The G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White is tri-mode. LIGHTSPEED is Logitech’s 2.4GHz wireless through a USB receiver, built for gaming with a report rate of up to 1ms (1000Hz). Bluetooth lets you switch to a laptop, tablet or phone, and the USB-C cable gives you a wired connection while it charges.
Logitech also supports 2:1 pairing: one LIGHTSPEED receiver can run this keyboard and a compatible Logitech LIGHTSPEED mouse together, which frees a USB port on a laptop. Indicator LEDs show LIGHTSPEED, Bluetooth, game mode, battery and Caps Lock status.
Battery and charging
Logitech rates the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White’s 1500mAh battery for up to 36 hours. Bright RGB effects use more power, so expect less with all the lighting on full and more with it dimmed. The battery is not user-replaceable. Charging uses the included 1.8m USB-A to USB-C cable, and you can keep playing while it charges.
Software and lighting
In Logitech G HUB, KEYCONTROL lets you assign up to 15 functions to each key using modifier layers, and LIGHTSYNC RGB gives per-key lighting across about 16.8 million colours. For a clean white desk, a single soft colour or white backlight suits the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White best.
Who This Is Not For
If you want hot-swappable switches or heavy modding, this is not the board: the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White uses low-profile GL switches and Logitech does not list hot-swap support. If you need a number pad, the tenkeyless layout drops it. And if you hate cleaning, white keycaps will show grime faster than the black version.
Players who want adjustable actuation or rapid trigger should look at a magnetic keyboard instead; GL switches have a fixed 1.3mm actuation point. The battery is also sealed, so you cannot swap it yourself years later.

FAQ
Which switches does the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White have?
GL Tactile. Logitech also makes a linear version, but the unit we stock is the tactile one.
How long does the battery last?
36 hours at most, according to Logitech; bright RGB lighting shortens it.
Does the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White work over Bluetooth?
Yes. It connects by LIGHTSPEED 2.4GHz, Bluetooth or USB cable.
Are the switches hot-swappable?
No. Logitech does not list hot-swap support for the GL switches on this keyboard.
Will the white keycaps turn yellow or shiny?
No shine is expected from double-shot PBT, which resists wear; white keycaps do show dust sooner, so clean them regularly.
Does the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL White have a number pad?
No. It is a tenkeyless layout without the number pad.
