The QC45 uses Bose’s TriPort acoustic architecture, which vents the driver through internal ports to extend low-frequency response beyond what a sealed earcup alone would produce. QuietComfort 45 White: Folding Design and Travel

The earcups rotate flat and the headband hinges inward, producing a compact carrying case that fits easily into a backpack. At around 238 g the headphones themselves are light enough that weight is rarely what ends a long session.

QuietComfort 45 White: Who White Suits

White is a soft, matte finish rather than a stark bright white, which keeps it calm rather than glaring on camera or under office lighting. It is one of the two original launch colours and remains a straightforward, versatile choice.

As with any pale finish, the earcup padding will show marks from skin contact sooner than Black. It cleans easily with a soft cloth, and if you would rather avoid the upkeep entirely, Black is the same headphone with no maintenance required.

QuietComfort 45 White: Battery, Charging and the Cable

Up to 24 hours of battery life covers a long-haul return flight comfortably. A full charge over USB-C takes about two and a half hours, and fifteen minutes on the cable returns roughly three hours of playback.

The included 3.5mm audio cable plays sound with the battery completely dead, and works with aircraft entertainment systems that lack Bluetooth entirely.
