The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo in Classic Black is the first camera in DJI’s Pocket line with two lenses on the same gimbal: a main camera with a new 1-inch CMOS sensor and a 20mm-equivalent focal length, and a 60mm medium-telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. DJI announced it on 29 June 2026 in Classic Black and Pearl White. This is the black version in the Vlog Combo, which adds audio, lighting and mounting accessories to the camera. The camera itself weighs 230 g according to DJI, and it is built for anyone who wants cinematic footage from something that fits in a pocket.

Two lenses on one gimbal
The main lens on the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo is a 20mm-equivalent wide angle at f/2.0, suited to vlogs, landscapes and small rooms. The second lens is a 60mm medium telephoto at f/1.8, which DJI says gives depth of field equivalent to f/6.3, with 3x optical zoom and up to 12x zoom in certain modes. In practice you can shoot close-ups and portraits with a softer background without stepping up to the person, and switch from a wide shot to a tight one on the same device. That is useful for interviews, product reviews and events, where changing position is not always possible.

17 stops of dynamic range and D-Log 2
DJI says the new 1-inch sensor reaches up to 17 stops of dynamic range thanks to LOFIC technology, and notes that this figure applies in certain camera modes only. Wider dynamic range means a bright sky and dark shadows can both hold detail in the same frame instead of one of them clipping, which helps under strong midday sun. The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo also records in the 10-bit D-Log 2 colour profile for people who grade their footage later, again in specific modes. For stills there is a high-resolution mode of up to 37 MP and 4K Live Photo, which saves a 1.5-second clip with each photo.

4K slow motion at 240fps
The wide camera records 4K at up to 240 frames per second, which allows slow motion of up to 8x; DJI says this is available in certain modes. That makes water, jumps and sport look smoother when you slow them down in the edit. A Slow Shutter Video mode adds motion blur for shots such as car light trails at night. For moving large files, the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo supports USB 3.1 wired transfer at up to 800 MB/s under suitable conditions, so offloading a full day of footage does not take long.

Tracking and gesture control
Stabilisation comes from a 3-axis mechanical gimbal, and ActiveTrack 8.0 keeps your subject framed, including at 12x zoom according to DJI, with auto framing for several people. Gestures let you control the camera from a distance: an open palm starts tracking and a V sign starts recording, which helps when the camera sits on a tripod and you are in front of it. Rotating the touchscreen powers the camera on and starts recording. The Classic Black finish keeps the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo low-key in public places and at events, does not bounce light back onto a face during close shots, and hides small scuffs better than Pearl White.

Battery and the Vlog Combo accessories
DJI quotes a maximum runtime of 210 minutes on a full charge under its test conditions, describes up to three hours of shooting, and states 0 to 80% charging in 18 minutes under certain conditions. The accessories shown in DJI’s Vlog Combo image are the Osmo Pocket 4 Fill Light, a DJI Mic Mini 2 transmitter, the Osmo FrameTap, the Osmo Mini Tripod and a carrying bag, alongside the camera. Other official accessories, such as ND filters and a black mist filter, are sold separately or come in other combos. DJI does not publish a detailed box list for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo in its launch announcement.

Who This Is Not For
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo is not for diving or crash-prone action: the gimbal is exposed and DJI does not state any water resistance. Many of its headline figures, including 17 stops, 4K at 240fps, 12x zoom and 210 minutes, depend on specific modes and are not all available in the same shot. At 230 g it is heavier than a phone-sized clip camera, and the price is far higher than a single-lens vlog camera. If you only film everyday vlogs and never need the telephoto, a single-lens camera may be enough.
