The CMF Buds 2 Light Green are wireless earbuds from CMF, Nothing’s value brand, in a soft pastel green that stands out from the usual black and white buds. Nothing lists 48 dB hybrid active noise cancelling, an 11 mm PMI driver and six HD microphones, and rates battery life at up to 55 hours with the charging case when ANC is off. They pair over Bluetooth 5.4 and can stay connected to two devices at once.

Why choose the CMF Buds 2 Light Green
The CMF Buds 2 Light Green finish is the most playful of the three CMF Buds 2 colours, next to Dark Grey and Orange. It is a calm mint shade rather than neon, so it suits gym bags, pastel phone cases and summer outfits without looking childish. It is also easier to spot at the bottom of a backpack than a dark case.
The CMF Buds 2 Light Green target buyers who want proper noise cancelling and long battery life without paying flagship prices: students, commuters on the Dubai Metro, and anyone who wants a second pair for workouts and travel.
CMF Buds 2 Light Green noise cancelling that adapts to the room
Nothing quotes up to 48 dB of active noise cancelling, using a hybrid system with microphones inside and outside each bud. Adaptive Mode monitors how noisy the surroundings are and adjusts the cancelling level to match, so it works harder on a bus and backs off in a quiet office. Transparency mode lets voices and announcements through when you need to hear them.
The six HD microphones on the CMF Buds 2 Light Green also handle calls, picking up your voice while the ANC system deals with the background.
Sound: 11 mm PMI driver, Dirac Opteo and Ultra Bass
Inside each of the CMF Buds 2 Light Green sits an 11 mm PMI driver. Nothing adds Dirac Opteo tuning, which corrects unwanted resonances for clearer vocals and deeper bass, and Ultra Bass, an algorithm that detects low frequencies in your music and boosts them, with the intensity set in the Nothing X app.
The app offers six equaliser presets (Dirac Opteo, Pop, Rock, Classical, Electronic and Enhance Vocals) plus a custom EQ. A Spatial Audio Effect based on an HRTF model gives a wider, surround-style sound with any audio source.
Battery life with every condition
Nothing measures the CMF Buds 2 Light Green battery with AAC at 50% volume. With ANC off, the buds play up to 13.5 hours, or up to 55 hours with the case. With ANC or Transparency on, that becomes up to 7.5 hours from the buds and 32 hours with the case. Talk time is up to 8.5 hours (35 with the case) with ANC off, and 7 hours (30 with the case) with ANC on.
Fast charging helps on a rushed morning: 10 minutes gives about 7.5 hours in total with ANC off (4 hours from the buds plus 3.5 from the case), or about 4 hours with ANC on. Each bud has a 53 mAh battery and the case holds 460 mAh. There is no wireless charging; the case charges by cable.
Pairing, dual connection and the case dial
Bluetooth 5.4 links the CMF Buds 2 Light Green to Android 6.0 or later and iOS 13 or later. Google Fast Pair speeds up setup on Android phones, and Microsoft Swift Pair does the same on Windows laptops. Dual connection keeps a phone and a laptop linked together, and you choose or switch devices in the Nothing X app.
The rotating dial on the charging case reveals a lanyard hole, so you can clip the case to a bag strap or wear it on a cord.
Who This Is Not For
The CMF Buds 2 Light Green support only SBC and AAC, so they are not for listeners who want LDAC or other high-resolution codecs. Nothing does not publish a water or dust resistance rating for this model on its pages, so heavy sweat sessions or rain are at your own risk. The case does not charge wirelessly. Some features, such as EQ, Ultra Bass intensity and dual connection settings, need the Nothing X app.
