Pragmata PS5 is Capcom’s new science-fiction action adventure, which Capcom describes as an all-new sci-fi action adventure with its own unique hacking twist. Set in a dystopian near future, it follows Hugh Williams and Diana, an android in the form of a young girl, as they work together to get through a lunar research facility full of hostile machines. Hugh and Diana
Capcom describes Diana as a Pragmata: an android with the appearance of a young girl, created using a material called Lunafilament. She can hack the facility’s systems and the armour of hostile bots. Capcom adds that she is curious and learns quickly, and that Hugh gave her the name she treasures.
Pragmata PS5 is built on that pairing. You control both at once in a single-player game: Hugh handles movement and firearms, while Diana handles hacking.
Hacking and Shooting Together
According to Capcom’s gameplay page, Diana disables enemy defences through a hacking puzzle in which you move a cursor along a continuous path to a green goal node. Passing through blue nodes on the way adds damage boosts and extra effects. Once the defences drop, weak points are exposed for Hugh to shoot.
Hugh can equip four weapon types. His default weapon gradually refills its ammo, while more powerful weapons break when their ammo runs out. As you progress in Pragmata PS5, more weapons and hacking nodes unlock, so you can tune your approach to each fight.
Exploring the Lunar Research Facility
Capcom calls the facility multi-layered. Hugh uses thrusters to move around, and Diana can hack the station itself as well as enemies, unlocking doors and clearing paths. Escape Hatches act as fast-travel points back to the Shelter, the game’s hub.
That mix of exploration, hacking and gunplay is what sets Pragmata PS5 apart from a straight shooter: every encounter asks you to think about the puzzle and the aim at the same time.

Who This Is Not For
Pragmata PS5 is a single-player game with no co-op or online multiplayer, so it does not suit players looking to play with friends. Players who want Arabic voice acting will only find Arabic in the on-screen text.
If you dislike puzzle elements in action games, the constant hacking may feel like it slows the shooting down; it is the core of every fight, not an optional extra.
