The Green Lion GP32X is a wired gaming headset in black, built around 50mm drivers and an omnidirectional microphone. It connects through a single 3.5mm audio jack at the end of a 2.1-metre cable, so there is nothing to pair and no battery to charge: plug it into a controller, a laptop or a phone with a headphone socket and it works. Green Lion rates the frequency response at 20Hz to 20kHz and the impedance at 32Ω (±15%), and adds three-colour lighting on the ear cups for a desk that looks like a gaming setup.

50mm drivers and what the numbers mean
Green Lion fits the GP32X with 50mm speaker drivers, a size more common on full-size gaming headsets than on budget earphones. Larger drivers move more air, which helps with the low rumble of explosions and engines in games. The rated frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz covers the normal range of human hearing, and the 32Ω (±15%) impedance is low enough for phones, controllers and laptop sockets to drive the Green Lion GP32X without a separate amplifier. Green Lion lists the rated power as 10mW with a maximum input of 20mW, so keep the source volume at a sensible level rather than at full output.
A wired 3.5mm connection with no lag
Because the GP32X is wired, sound reaches your ears with no wireless delay and no dropouts from a crowded Bluetooth environment. The single 3.5mm jack carries both audio and microphone signals, which suits PS4 and PS5 controllers, Xbox controllers with a 3.5mm socket, Nintendo Switch in handheld mode, and laptops with a combined headset socket. Desktop PCs with separate pink and green sockets may need a common 3.5mm splitter (not included and not listed by Green Lion). The 2.1-metre cable is long enough to reach from a desk to a PC tower on the floor.
The omnidirectional microphone
Green Lion describes the Green Lion GP32X microphone as omnidirectional, with a sensitivity of -40dB (±2dB). Omnidirectional means it picks up sound from all around rather than only from straight ahead, which keeps your voice clear even if the boom is not perfectly in front of your mouth. The trade-off is that it also hears the room, so a quiet space gives the cleanest voice chat. Green Lion does not state whether the microphone is detachable, and it does not list an inline volume wheel or mute switch, so plan to control levels from your console or PC.
Comfort, build and three-colour lighting
The body is made from ABS plastic, and Green Lion calls the headset lightweight and comfortable, with a flexible design it describes as 360° free bending for a good fit on different head sizes. Green Lion does not publish the exact weight or the ear cushion material. The ear cups carry three-colour lighting that gives the GP32X its gaming look on stream or on a desk; Green Lion does not say how the lights are powered or whether they can be switched off, so treat them as decoration rather than a feature to configure.
Where the Green Lion GP32X fits
The GP32X makes most sense as a first gaming headset, a spare for a second console, or a reliable wired option for anyone tired of charging wireless headsets. It is also a practical pick for online classes and video calls on a laptop, where a boom microphone does better than built-in laptop microphones. If you play competitive shooters, the wired connection means footsteps arrive exactly when they happen, and the 50mm drivers give enough body to the sound for long sessions of action and racing games.
Who This Is Not For
The Green Lion GP32X is not for anyone who wants wireless freedom: it has no Bluetooth and no 2.4GHz dongle. It offers stereo sound, not virtual 7.1 surround. Green Lion does not publish its weight, an inline volume or mute control, or whether the microphone detaches. Phones without a headphone socket, including recent iPhones and many Android phones, need a USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, which is not included. The omnidirectional microphone also picks up background noise in loud rooms.
