The JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo is a set of two pocket-sized wireless microphones and one AI dongle that lowers the original vocals of a song in real time, so two people can sing over the track through a JBL speaker. Everything charges together in one compact case, and the set comes in black. Totot stocks it in the UAE with a 1-year warranty from Totot.

What Is the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo?
JBL calls the EasySing Mic Mini a mini AI-powered microphone with real-time vocal removal, and the Duo version (model JBLESMICMINIDUO) puts two of these mics in one box. Each mic weighs 37 g and measures 33.6 x 61.2 x 24.3 mm, small enough to clip onto a shirt with the magnetic clip or hold by the magnetic ring handle. Both mics talk to a single AI dongle over a 2.4 GHz wireless link, and the dongle passes your voices and the music on to the speaker.
The idea is simple: a family night, a majlis gathering or a birthday turns into karaoke with the JBL speaker you already own, without a separate karaoke machine, a mixer or long cables. Because the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo has two mics, duets and back-and-forth songs work without passing one mic around.

How AI Vocal Removal Works on the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo
The dongle uses on-device AI to separate the singer’s voice from the music. With a press on the mic, or from the JBL One app, you lower the original vocals by 25%, 50% or 100% in real time. JBL suggests keeping some of the original voice as a guide while you learn a song, a medium level as backing vocals, and removing it fully when you want to take the lead. Any song you play works, so you are not limited to a karaoke catalogue.
On top of that, the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo adds Voice Boost for higher notes. Natural reverb gives the voice a little space, and JBL lists AI noise suppression to reduce background interference. The JBL One app handles setup and software updates and adds pitch shifting and mic EQ. The app is optional for the basic vocal-removal steps, which you can control from the mic itself.
Speakers That Work With the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo
JBL lists these speakers as compatible: Boombox 4, Xtreme 5, Charge 6, Flip 7, Grip, Go 5, newer JBL portable speakers, and all JBL PartyBox models. The connection is through USB-C or Aux, and JBL notes that the Aux cable is not included. The quick start guide also asks you to update the speaker software in the app first, so that the speaker recognises the mic.
Outside the JBL range, the dongle of the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo works with other speakers that have an Aux-in or support USB audio (UAC), with a maximum Aux output under 1 V RMS. You can also plug the dongle straight into a phone or laptop to record a cover, a voice-over or a livestream, which makes the set useful for content creators, not only for parties.

Battery, Case and Range
JBL rates the JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo at up to 6 hours of playtime. Its launch announcement for the EasySing Mic Mini gives up to 6 hours from the mic and up to 6 hours from the dongle, on average, which is enough for a long evening. Each mic has a 240 mAh battery and the dongle a 350 mAh battery; both recharge in under 3 hours when switched off. The charging case (72.5 x 137 x 38.5 mm, 225 g) holds both mics and the dongle and takes a 5 V / 1 A input. Taking a mic or the dongle out of the case switches it on, and putting it back switches it off.
For range, the JBL announcement mentions a 20-metre wireless connection for the Mic Mini. That covers a large living room or a garden terrace, but walls and crowds reduce any 2.4 GHz link, so keep the speaker in the same space as the singers.

Mini Duo or EasySing Mics?
Do not confuse this set with the larger JBL EasySing Mics. Those are two handheld microphones with up to 10 hours of singing time, made for selected PartyBox speakers (Encore 2, Encore Essential 2, On-The-Go 2, Club 120, Stage 320, 520 and 720). The JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo uses smaller clip-on mics with a 6-hour rating, but it also works with portable JBL speakers such as the Flip 7, Go 5 and Charge 6, plus any speaker with Aux-in, and it brings a charging case. If you own a portable JBL speaker rather than a big PartyBox, the Mini Duo is the one that fits.
Who This Is Not For
The JBL EasySing Mic Mini Duo has no speaker of its own, so you need a compatible JBL speaker or another speaker with Aux-in or USB audio. Older JBL models that are not listed and have no Aux-in, for example earlier Flip or Charge generations, are not in JBL’s support list. JBL does not include an Aux cable or a charging cable in the box. JBL does not publish a latency figure or a water-resistance rating for the mics, and its announcement states the mic is meant for non-commercial use, so it is not a stage microphone for paid gigs or venues. If you want the longest battery life with a PartyBox, the handheld EasySing Mics are rated longer.
