Best Gaming PC Build for 3000 AED
Three real options at today’s market prices, FPS numbers from well-known reviews, and a ready-made build you can open in the PC Builder in one click.
To be upfront: a new 3000 AED gaming PC is harder than it used to be, because memory prices jumped in 2025 and 2026. It is still possible to run most games well at 1080p if you know where to save. This guide gives three options: the cheapest one inside the budget, a smarter one for a little more, and an RTX 5060 option if you can stretch. Every one was checked in the Totot PC Builder.
Option 1: cheapest under 3000 AED
This is the only new build we found under 3000 AED. It runs on AM4 with DDR4 memory, which is much cheaper than DDR5 right now:
| Part | Model | Approx. price |
|---|---|---|
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 5500 | 417 AED |
| Motherboard | Gigabyte A520M K V2 | 211 AED |
| Memory | 16GB DDR4-3200 (2×8GB) | 430 AED |
| Graphics card | AMD Radeon RX 7600 8GB | 1,329 AED |
| Storage | 500GB NVMe SSD | 273 AED |
| Power supply | Seasonic S12III 650W Bronze | 199 AED |
| Case | ATX case with 4 fans | 129 AED |
| Total | ≈ 2,990 AED |
The compromises: only 16GB of memory and a 500GB drive (two or three big games and it is full). The 5500 and A520 run PCIe 3.0, and the RX 7600 uses an x8 link, so it may lose a little performance; we do not have an exact figure for this build. Also make sure the CPU is the boxed version with a cooler, or add one.
Option 2: the smart pick (about 3,300 AED)
For around 310 AED more you get a Ryzen 5 5600 instead of the 5500 and a B550 board instead of A520. The CPU has a bigger cache, and together they run PCIe 4.0, so the card gets its full link speed. Everything else stays the same.
| Part | Model | Approx. price |
|---|---|---|
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 5600 | 639 AED |
| Motherboard | Gigabyte B550M K | 298 AED |
| Memory | 16GB DDR4-3200 (2×8GB) | 430 AED |
| Graphics card | AMD Radeon RX 7600 8GB | 1,329 AED |
| Storage | 500GB NVMe SSD | 273 AED |
| Power supply | Seasonic S12III 650W Bronze | 199 AED |
| Case | ATX case with 4 fans | 129 AED |
| Total | ≈ 3,300 AED |
Option 3: with an RTX 5060 (about 3,850 AED)
If you can stretch the budget, this is the biggest difference you will feel in games: the RTX 5060 is about 36% faster than the RX 7600 on average, and it adds DLSS 4. The CL16 memory is a little quicker too.
| Part | Model | Approx. price |
|---|---|---|
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 5600 | 639 AED |
| Motherboard | Gigabyte B550M K | 298 AED |
| Memory | T-Force Vulcan Z 16GB DDR4 CL16 | 516 AED |
| Graphics card | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 8GB | 1,799 AED |
| Storage | 500GB NVMe SSD | 273 AED |
| Power supply | Seasonic S12III 650W Bronze | 199 AED |
| Case | ATX case with 4 fans | 129 AED |
| Total | ≈ 3,853 AED |
NVIDIA lists 550W minimum system power for an RTX 5060 PC, so a 650W unit is enough with headroom.
How big is the FPS difference?
These numbers come from TechPowerUp testing at 1080p, highest settings, no upscaling. Note that the test PC used a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, so with a 5500 or 5600 your numbers will be lower, especially in CS2. What matters is the gap between the cards.
For Fortnite, TechSpot found the Ryzen 5 5500 delivers around 200 FPS in Performance mode with about 90 FPS 1% lows. That is a CPU test with a strong card, not a GPU test. To get more out of your PC after building it, see our best Fortnite settings and CS2 settings guides.
Why not AM5 and DDR5?
AM5 is newer and has a longer upgrade path, but it needs DDR5, and DDR5 has become expensive: 16GB costs around 1,000 to 1,250 AED on the market right now, against about 430 AED for 16GB of DDR4. TechSpot wrote that DDR5 now costs roughly double DDR4.

| 1TB drive instead of 500GB | Kingston NV3 1TB (tot3066) | 619 AED |
| Cheaper 1TB drive | AGI AI818 1TB (tot3109) | 559 AED |
| Cooler if your CPU has none | Redragon HODUR C219 (tot2769) | 135 AED |
| Nicer case with 4 fans | DeepCool CG530 4F (tot1164) | 299 AED |
| PSU for future upgrades | GAMEON SPY2 1000W Gold (tot701) | 359 AED |

We put together a build close to Option 2 in the PC Builder, and every part came back compatible. The tool estimated about 336W of draw, so a 650W PSU leaves plenty of headroom even if you upgrade the card later.

What the reviews say
Even though the 7500F is faster, they still see the i5-12400F with DDR4 as the cheapest route to a solid gaming PC.
DDR4 is still the saverSource ↗In their overhead testing the Arc B580 lost clear performance on weaker CPUs, and the RX 9060 XT was about 30% faster with a Ryzen 5 5600.
B580 with a weak CPUSource ↗In Cyberpunk at 1080p Ultra, the RX 9060 XT 16GB hit about 100 FPS, 12% ahead of the RTX 5060, but it costs more in the UAE.
Alternative if you stretchSource ↗✅ Before you buy
- Boxed CPU with a cooler, or add one
- Two memory sticks (2×8GB), not one
- Board and memory are both DDR4
- Power supply from a known brand
- Case fits the graphics card length
- Check the build in the PC Builder
- Compare prices on the day, they change

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I build a gaming PC for 3000 AED in the UAE?
Yes, with new parts on AM4: a Ryzen 5 5500 with an RX 7600 and 16GB DDR4 comes to about 2,990 AED at October 2026 prices.
What is the best graphics card for this budget?
The RX 7600 fits under 3000 AED. If you can add about 500 AED, the RTX 5060 is about 36% faster at 1080p.
Why not AM5?
It needs DDR5 memory, and 16GB of DDR5 now costs over 1,000 AED, so the cheapest AM5 build with an RTX 5060 comes to about 4,480 AED.
Is 16GB of RAM enough?
It is enough for most games today, and you can add two more sticks later because the board has four slots.
Are prebuilt PCs cheaper?
At the same budget they usually come with an RTX 5050, which performs close to an RX 7600. Building it yourself lets you choose every part and upgrade easily.
