The Fitbit Edge Fog is the light, quiet member of Google’s new Fitbit Edge family. Google lists the finish as a Satin Silver aluminium case with a Fog Active Band, a very pale band that reads almost white from a distance. Underneath the colour it is the same tracker as every Fitbit Edge: a 1.3-inch AMOLED screen behind Gorilla Glass 3, built-in GPS with Galileo, sensors for heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature and the ECG app, and up to 7 days of battery life in Google’s testing. Google announced it on 12 October 2026 at $179.99 in the US. Totot sells the Fitbit Edge Fog brand-new and sealed; it is an imported unit, not a Google Middle East release.

What the Fitbit Edge Fog finish looks like
Fog is the softest colour in the range. The band is a pale, cool shade close to white, and the case is satin silver, a brushed, low-sheen metal rather than a mirror polish, so reflections stay muted under office lights. Google’s launch post describes this case as polished silver while the Google Store spec sheet says Satin Silver Aluminum; the product itself is the same. The case is made from recycled aluminium and the band is silicone with a soft-touch coating. Put together, the Fitbit Edge Fog looks more like a slim bracelet than a sports gadget, which is why it suits people who wear their tracker all day, including at work and at events.

Who the Fitbit Edge Fog colour suits
Choose the Fitbit Edge Fog if most of your day is spent in meetings, at a desk or in smart-casual clothes. Silver sits well beside a steel watch on the other wrist, silver rings and white-gold jewellery, and the pale band works with white shirts, light abayas, grey suits and summer linen. It is also the colour to pick when you want health tracking without the tracker drawing attention. The trade-off is upkeep: pale silicone shows marks from ink, makeup and dust sooner than the black Obsidian band, so wipe it with a damp cloth now and then. Google sells other bands separately, including Metal Links, which it lists as coming soon.

Workday features on the Fitbit Edge Fog
A tracker worn to the office earns its place between workouts. Google lists phone notifications, quick replies, universal media controls, a timer and smart-wake alarms that try to wake you at a lighter stage of sleep. The always-on display lets you check the time or a new message with a glance instead of picking up your phone mid-conversation, and Google says the screen stays readable in direct sunlight, handy on the walk from a car park in the UAE summer. Google Maps on the wrist helps on foot in an unfamiliar area. At night the Fitbit Edge Fog tracks sleep stages, and its Readiness view uses heart rate variability and other signals to suggest how hard to push the next day.

Health tracking and where it depends on your country
The Fitbit Edge has an ECG app, AFib detection, alerts for irregular, high and low heart rate, SpO2 and skin temperature via two thermistors. Google states that the ECG app is only available in select countries and is not intended for people under 22. Blood pressure and insulin resistance trends are part of Google Health Premium, a paid subscription; Google says they are for general wellness only, are not screening for hypertension or diabetes, are not available to pregnant users, and vary by region. Personalised coaching from the Google Health Coach also needs Premium. Because this Fitbit Edge Fog is imported, check which of these features Google enables for your account before relying on them.
The rest, in brief
Every colour shares the same hardware. Google says the display is 45% bigger and over 40% brighter than before, without publishing a nit figure. The 65 mAh battery lasts up to 7 days with default settings and Battery Saver features, charges fully in about 90 minutes, and can be replaced to extend the tracker’s life. Built-in GPS and an altimeter cover outdoor sessions, with more than 50 exercise modes. The case is rated 5 ATM and IP68, and weighs 17.7 g without the band.
Who This Is Not For
The Fitbit Edge Fog is not for you if you work somewhere dusty or greasy and do not want to clean a pale band regularly; the black Obsidian version hides wear better. It is a fitness tracker, not a smartwatch: there is no mobile network and no third-party app store. It needs Android 11 or newer or iOS 16.4 or higher, a Google Account and the Google Health app. The ECG app is not for anyone under 22 and is limited to select countries, and the blood pressure and insulin resistance trends require a paid Google Health Premium subscription. The 5 ATM rating covers swimming, but Google notes the tracker is not waterproof, so skip hot showers and saunas.

Fitbit Edge Fog FAQ
Is the Fitbit Edge Fog case shiny silver?
No. The Google Store lists it as Satin Silver Aluminum, a brushed finish with a soft sheen rather than a mirror shine.
Is the Fog band white?
No. It is a very pale, cool shade that looks close to white from a distance.
Will the pale band on the Fitbit Edge Fog stain?
Yes, it can show marks sooner than a dark band. Google uses silicone with a soft-touch coating, which wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Can I reply to messages from the Fitbit Edge Fog?
Yes. Google lists notifications with quick replies, plus media controls, a timer and smart-wake alarms.
Does the ECG app work in the UAE?
Google says the ECG app is only available in select countries and does not publish the list on the product page, so we cannot promise it activates on an imported unit.
How long does the battery last?
7 days at most, according to Google’s test with default settings and Battery Saver features; heavier use, such as long GPS sessions, shortens it.
Is it genuine?
Yes. We sell the genuine Google Fitbit Edge Fog, brand-new in its sealed box.
How long does delivery take?
Up to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE, free on orders from AED 300; any current delivery fee for your order is shown at checkout.
