Slim Enough for Low Furniture
eufy lists the product height as 2.85 in, about 72 mm, and states the lowest gap the RoboVac 11S can pass under is 2.87 in / 73 mm. Measure under your sofa and bed frame before buying: if the gap is 73 mm or more, the robot can clean the dust that collects there; if it is lower, it will bump and turn away.
Large wheels let it roll over carpets and door ledges, and eufy gives the climbing threshold as 0.63 in, roughly 16 mm. Most UAE apartment thresholds and rug edges are within that, but a raised marble step between rooms may not be.
Suction and BoostIQ: What 1300 Pa Means
1300 Pa is eufy’s maximum suction figure for the RoboVac 11S; eufy does not publish the test conditions behind it. BoostIQ is on by default and increases suction when the robot detects that more power is needed, which eufy describes as ideal for thicker carpets and harder messes. You can switch to a lower power level with the fan icon on the remote.
Filtering uses what eufy calls a triple-filter system: a dual-layer filter plus one high-performance filter. The dust box holds 0.6 L. eufy rates the noise at 55 dB, which is quiet enough to run while you watch TV in the next room.
Runtime, Charging and UAE Power
eufy states that a fully charged RoboVac 11S cleans for about 100 minutes in Standard mode on hard floors. On carpet, or with BoostIQ raising suction often, expect less. A full charge from 0 to 100% takes about 5 to 6 hours, and when the battery runs low the robot heads back to its charging base on its own.
The charger is universal: eufy’s FAQ says the RoboVac works with voltages from 100 to 240 V and ships with a charger for the region it is sold in, so UAE 220-240 V is covered. A plug adapter is only needed if the pin shape differs.
Delivery covers the whole UAE and takes up to 3 business days; orders from AED 300 ship free. The robot has a 1-year warranty from Totot, a 14-day return window for defective or non-matching items, and shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours.
How the RoboVac 11S Navigates
eufy is clear that the RoboVac 11S uses Bounce navigation: it changes direction when it meets an obstacle and cleans in a back-and-forth pattern, without mapping the room. That is fine for open living rooms and bedrooms, but it will not clean in neat rows, and it cannot be told to avoid a specific area from an app. For no-go zones, eufy recommends a physical barrier.
Drop sensors stop it falling down stairs, though eufy warns they work less well when dirty or on very dark floors. The remote control (2 AAA batteries included) works by infrared within about 10 ft / 3 m and lets you start cleaning, choose modes such as Auto and Single Room, change suction level and set a scheduled vacuuming time.
What Is in the Box
eufy lists the RoboVac 11S, a remote control with 2 AAA batteries, the charging base, an AC power adapter, a cleaning tool, a side brush and the user manual. The charging base should sit on a hard, level surface against a wall, with about 1 m clear on each side and 2 m clear in front, so the robot can find it.
Before each run, pick up cables, phone chargers and anything with tassels. eufy advises against sharp objects, liquids and pet waste, and against carpets thicker than 26 mm.
Who This Is Not For
Anyone who wants app control, scheduling from a phone, room maps or Alexa: the RoboVac 11S has none of these, and eufy’s own comparison lists it without Wi-Fi or Alexa support. Homes with thick or plush carpets over 26 mm, shag rugs or very dark floors will get weaker results.
It is also a vacuum only, with no mopping function, and its bounce navigation takes longer to cover a large villa floor than a mapping robot would. For a small or medium apartment with hard floors and low furniture, those limits matter much less.
