↩️ 14-Day Returns

• Our fault (defective / wrong / not as described / counterfeit): free return + full refund including shipping.
• Change of mind: accepted within 14 days (unused, original packaging) — customer bears return shipping + payment-gateway fees, deducted from the refund.
• Rejected returns (used / missing parts) are shipped back at your expense. Damaged on arrival? Report within 48 hours.

💸 Refunds

• Processed within 2 business days of approval — cards post in 5–14 days, COD by transfer in 3–5 business days, Tabby/Tamara per provider policy. All refunds include 5% VAT.
