1. Standard Shipping (Within UAE):

Shipping Cost Policy:
- Small Products: A flat delivery fee of 10 AED per package, regardless of the quantity of small products in the order.
- Large Products: A delivery fee of 10 AED per item for each large product in the order.
For example:
- If the order contains 5 small products, the delivery fee will be 10 AED only.
- If the order contains 3 large products, the delivery fee will be 30 AED (10 AED per item).
Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days.
Availability: Applicable for all orders within the UAE.

2. International Shipping:

Cost: Varies based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days.
Details: Exact shipping costs will be calculated and communicated after placing the order or during the checkout.
Additional Information: For lightweight products, shipping costs typically range between 40 to 110 AED.

Shipping Policy Highlights:

- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being shipped.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
- Buyers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of their shipment.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, non-compliant, or counterfeit products.
- Customers can request a return by:
  - Accessing their account and submitting a return request with relevant details and images.
  - Contacting customer support directly for assistance.
- Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.

1. Value-Added Tax (VAT):
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): 5% VAT applies to most purchases.
- Other Gulf Countries:
  - Saudi Arabia (KSA): 15%
  - Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain: 5%
2. Import and Customs Duties:
- Import taxes and duties may apply based on local regulations, product category, and declared value.
- In some cases, these fees are paid by the customer upon delivery (“Paid at Door”).

- Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs regulations.
- All required documentation for customs clearance will be provided by Totot.
