At Totot, every order ships for one flat rate: 10 AED – no matter the size, weight, or quantity.

- Price: 10 AED for all orders (1 item or 50 items = same price).
- Processing Time: Within 24 hours (orders before 10 PM GST ship next business day).
- Delivery Time: Up to 3 business days across UAE (Saturday to Thursday).
- Tracking: Live link via SMS/email when shipped.
- Delay Guarantee: If we miss your delivery date due to our error, 10 AED refunded instantly.

Return within 14 days for defective, wrong, or counterfeit items – or change your mind with minimal fees.
✅ Eligibility
- Window: 14 days from delivery date.
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags/accessories.
- Accepted Reasons: Defective, not as described, wrong item, counterfeit.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Hygiene products (earrings, masks, underwear), perishables, custom orders.
📦 Return Process
- Log in → My Orders → Select order.
- Click “Request Return” → Upload photo (if defective).
- Defective/wrong items: FREE pickup arranged.
Change of mind: 10 AED return fee (deducted from refund).
