How will I be refunded?

At Totot, refunds are processed fast, fairly, and transparently – always aligned with your original payment method. Here’s exactly what to expect:

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fee (10 AED) is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Full refunds (including shipping) for defective/wrong/damaged items.
  • 5% UAE VAT is always included in refund amounts.
  • If your original card is expired/lost, we’ll issue store credit after verification.
