How will I be refunded?

💸 Refund timing by payment method

• Card: we process the refund within 2 business days of approval; your bank shows it within 5–14 days.
• Cash on delivery: bank transfer within 3–5 business days after inspection — send us your IBAN on WhatsApp.
• Tabby: handled under Tabby’s refund policy.
• Tamara: handled under Tamara’s refund policy.
• Refunded amounts include the 5% UAE VAT you paid.

⚠️ Good to know

• Change of mind (including refused or unopened parcels): accepted within 14 days. You pay the return shipping, and we deduct the original delivery cost (even if your order shipped free) plus the payment-gateway fee for card, Tabby or Tamara payments. Cash on delivery: only the delivery cost is deducted. We tell you the exact amount before you confirm the return.
• Our mistake (confirmed defect, wrong item, not as described, counterfeit, damaged or never arrived): we cover all costs — free pickup and a full refund including the original delivery, or a replacement.
• Items that come back used, damaged by the customer or with missing parts are declined and sent back at your expense.
• Card expired or closed? We issue store credit to your account after verifying your identity.

⏱️ The refund process

1. Inspection when the item reaches us.
2. Approval within 24 hours of inspection.
3. Confirmation email with your refund details.
4. Track it anytime in My Account → My Orders.
