- Cancel within 2 hours of order placement:
→ 100% refund (including 10 AED shipping fee). - After 2 hours but before dispatch (status: “Processing”):
→ Full refund of item cost, but 10 AED shipping fee is non-refundable (change-of-mind). - After dispatch (status: “Shipped”):
→ Cannot cancel – but you can return the item for a full refund upon delivery (follow our Returns Policy ).
