Canceling an order on Totot is simple and straightforward. However, cancellations are only possible for orders that are still in the ‘Processing’ status.
Steps to Cancel Your Order:
Log in to Your Account:
- Visit the My Account page and sign in with your credentials.
Go to Your Orders:
- Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section, where you’ll find a list of all your recent purchases.
Select the Order You Wish to Cancel:
- Click on the order that you want to cancel.
Click the ‘Cancel Request’ Button:
- If the order is still in the ‘Processing’ status, you will see the ‘Cancel Request’ button. Click it to initiate the cancellation process.
Important Notes:
- Eligibility: Orders that have already moved to the ‘Shipped’ or ‘On Hold’ status cannot be canceled.
- Refunds: If payment was already processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is approved.
