What if my order is damaged?

At Totot, we strive to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

1. Inspect Your Package

Upon receiving your order, inspect the package thoroughly for any visible damage before accepting it. If you notice any issues, you can:

  • Refuse delivery and inform the courier that the package is damaged.
  • Contact us immediately to report the issue.
  • 2. Reporting a Damaged Item

    If you find that your order is damaged after opening the package:

    1. Log in to Your Account:
      • Go to the My Account page and log in with your credentials.
    2. Access Your Orders:
      • Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section and select the affected order.
    3. Request a Refund:
      • Click on the ‘Refund’ button and provide the following details:
        • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
        • A description of the damage.
3. Replacement or Refund

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacement: A new product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to complete.

4. Important Notes
  • Time Frame: All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility.
  • Keep the Packaging: Retain the original packaging and damaged item until the return process is complete.
