The DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo is built around a camera that weighs just 52 g and measures 57.3 × 29.5 × 28 mm, small enough to clip to a cap, a chest strap or a bike helmet and forget it is there. Inside is a 1/1.3-inch sensor behind a 143° f/2.8 lens, recording up to 4K at 60fps with 10-bit and D-Log M colour. The camera is waterproof to 10 m on its own, and its magnetic design snaps it onto mounts in seconds. The Standard Combo adds the Multifunctional Vision Dock: a 72 g companion with a 1.96-inch touchscreen, a second battery and remote live view. This version has 128 GB of built-in storage, about 107.6 GB of it available for footage.

A 52 g camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor
Most tiny cameras use small sensors that struggle as soon as the light drops. The DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo uses a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, the same class DJI uses in its larger action cameras, with an ISO range of 100 to 25600. The 143° lens at f/2.8 captures a wide first-person view, and focus covers 0.35 m to infinity. Video goes up to 3840 × 2160 at 60fps in 16:9, or 3840 × 2880 at 50fps in 4:3 for vertical crops, at up to 120 Mbps in HEVC. Photos reach 6880 × 5160, about 35 MP, in JPEG or RAW. DJI lists 10-bit and D-Log M colour for footage you plan to grade.

Magnetic, dual-sided mounting
The camera of the DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo uses what DJI calls a lightweight dual-sided magnetic design. In practice the camera clicks onto magnetic mounts facing forward for point-of-view shots, or backward toward you for talking to camera. DJI notes the quick-release connection between camera and dock allows front or rear mounting too. Because repositioning takes a second, you end up filming from more angles in a single outing: on a cap while walking through a souk, on a backpack strap during a hike in Hatta, or on a car dashboard for a road trip clip.

The Multifunctional Vision Dock
The dock is what makes this the DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo. It weighs 72 g, holds a 1300 mAh battery and carries a 1.96-inch touchscreen (314 × 556, up to 800 nits typical peak) for framing and playback. With the camera seated in the dock, the pair is rated IPX4 against splashes. Taken apart, the dock works as a remote with live view at up to 10 m in an open, interference-free space, connecting over Bluetooth 5.4. When the lens and screen face the same side, you can frame selfies on the screen. The camera can also be controlled by voice in English with commands such as Start Recording and Take Photo.

Battery life, storage and charging
DJI rates the DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo at 90 minutes for the camera alone and 200 minutes with the dock, both measured at 25°C recording 1080p/24fps with RockSteady on, Wi-Fi off and the screen off. In Endurance mode the camera records over 50 minutes of continuous 4K/60fps under the same conditions. Real-world times will be shorter at higher settings or in heat. Fast charging works with a USB-C PD 3.0 charger of 30 W or more; DJI does not publish a charging time on the specs page. Storage is 128 GB built in (about 107.6 GB usable), and a microSD card of up to 1 TB can be added for more space.

Stabilisation and shooting modes
Footage from the DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo is steadied by RockSteady 3.0 electronic stabilisation, with HorizonBalancing to keep the horizon level at 1080p, 2.7K or 4K in 16:9 at 60fps or below. EIS switches off in slow motion and timelapse. Slow motion reaches 4x (120fps) at 4K and 2.7K, and 8x (240fps) at 1080p. Hyperlapse runs from Auto to ×30, and pre-recording can keep from 5 seconds to 5 minutes before you press record, useful for catching a moment you did not see coming. Two built-in microphones record audio at 48 kHz, and DJI wireless microphones can be paired, though the first-generation DJI Mic is not supported directly.

Who This Is Not For
The DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo is not for long continuous recording on the camera alone: 90 minutes is DJI’s figure at 1080p/24fps with the screen off, and high settings shorten it. The camera has no screen of its own, so framing without the dock relies on the phone app. Waterproofing to 10 m applies only to the camera body, not the dock, which is IPX4 when assembled, and DJI does not recommend long-term underwater use, hot springs or high-pressure water. The camera works only with DJI microphones, and the first-generation DJI Mic does not connect directly.
