How to delete your Totot account and the personal data linked to it.

🧭 How to delete your account

Log in to your account in the Totot app or at totot.ae.
Go to My Account.
Open Delete account, enter your password, tick the confirmation box and submit your request.

Go to Delete account

🗑️ What we delete

Your account and profile details (name, email, phone and login).
Your saved addresses.
Your wishlist.

🗂️ What we keep

Order and invoice records are kept for 5 years, as required by UAE tax law, and are used only for legal, tax and accounting purposes. They are deleted after that period.

⏳ How long it takes

We complete your request within 30 days and email you when it is done.

✉️ Can’t log in?

Fill in the form below. We will verify your identity by email before deleting your account. You can also write to support@totot.ae.
