Fast, flat and honest — delivered across the UAE by Aramex.

💰 Shipping Cost

• Flat rate: 10 AED per order — any size, any weight, any number of items.
• FREE shipping on all orders of 300 AED or more.
• No hidden fees. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

• Order cutoff: 10:00 PM GST (UAE time), 7 days a week.
• Processing: orders are processed within 24 hours and handed to Aramex the next business day.
• Delivery: up to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE (business days: Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays).
• You will receive an Aramex tracking link by email / WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also track it from Track Order.

🗺️ Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only (all seven emirates). We do not ship internationally at this time.

📦 Received a damaged parcel?

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or support@totot.ae with a photo — we arrange a FREE pickup and a replacement or a full refund (including the original shipping fee) under our Return & Refund Policy.

↩️ Return shipping — who pays?

• Our fault — the store bears all costs: FREE pickup + 100% refund (including the original delivery fee), or a replacement: a manufacturing defect or fault (confirmed after our inspection), the wrong item was delivered, it is not as described, it is counterfeit, it arrived damaged (reported within 48 hours of delivery), or your order never arrived.
• Change of mind — within 14 days of delivery (no defect, no damage — including refusing the delivery, or returning the parcel unopened; item unused, in its original packaging): the customer bears the return shipping cost (drop-off or paid pickup). We also deduct the original delivery cost — even if your order shipped free — and, for card, Tabby or Tamara payments, the payment-gateway fee; for cash on delivery, only the delivery cost. The rest is refunded after the item is received and checked.
