How to Track Your Package
Tracking your order with Totot is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:
Log in to Your Account:
- Go to Totot’s website and log in using your registered email and password.
Navigate to ‘My Orders’:
- Once logged in, click on the ‘My Orders’ section to view your recent purchases.
Check Delivery Status:
- If your order has been shipped, you’ll see its current status, including the estimated delivery date and shipping details.
Track Your Package:
- Option 1: On the top navigation bar, click on ‘Track Order’. Enter your order number and the email associated with your purchase to get the latest tracking updates.
- Option 2: Click on the ‘Account’ icon in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select the fourth option, ‘Track Order’, to enter your details and view the tracking status.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days.
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on destination).
