Payment methods

💳 Ways to pay

• Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Tabby — split your payment into interest-free instalments (plans shown at checkout).
• Tamara — split your payment into interest-free instalments (plans shown at checkout).
• Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives.

🧾 Prices & invoices

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
• Your tax invoice is emailed with the order confirmation and is always available in My Account → My Orders.

ℹ️ Fees on cancellations and returns

Payment gateways keep their fee even when an order is refunded. So for cancellations and change-of-mind returns paid by card, Tabby or Tamara, that fee is deducted from the refund. If the mistake is ours, you get everything back.
