Cancel an order

How to Cancel Your Order

  • Go to ‘My Orders’:

    • Log in to your Totot account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section.
  • Locate the Cancel Request Button:

    • Find the order you want to cancel. If the order status is ‘In Progress’, you will see the option to ‘Click Cancel Request’.
  • Submit Your Cancellation:

    • Click ‘Cancel Request’ to submit your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

Important Notes

  • The cancellation option is only available for orders with the status ‘In Progress’.
  • If the order status is ‘Shipped’ or ‘On Hold’, the cancellation option will not be accessible. For such cases, please contact our support team for assistance.
