  • Eligibility for Returns

    1. Timeframe: Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
    2. Condition of Products: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
    3. Non-Returnable Items: Some products, such as customized items, perishable goods, or personal care products, may not be eligible for return. These will be indicated on the product page.

    How to Request a Return

    1. Initiating a Return: Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the product you wish to return. Click the “Request Return” button and provide the reason for the return.
    2. Supporting Evidence: Attach any necessary documents or images to support your return request if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
    3. Approval Process: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and instructions.

    Refund Process

    1. Refund Methods:
      • For payments made via credit/debit cards, refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
      • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will need to provide their bank account details (e.g., bank name, account number, IBAN). Once the details are provided, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
      • For payments made via Tabby, refunds will be processed according to Tabby’s refund policy. For more details, please visit Tabby’s Refund Policy.

    Important Notes:

    • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
    • In cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Totot will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the product is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., used, damaged by the customer), the return request may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
